    Location can't be beaten. Nice clean room. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again when return to Kandy.

    The hotel is located in city centre close to the tooth relic temple and shopping area. Right from welcoming to arranging all the team did exceptional work

    This is a new hotel so the facilities are the latest. No stress at charging the mobile. Because this hotel is located near the temple, it doesn’t serve any alcohol drinks. I didn’t mind it at though.

    Booked a suite as a treat, arrived to find construction work being carried out between 10-5pm. Not just minor work, building a swimming pool and coffee bar on the roof, right on top of our room. First morning just after 8:30am hammering and grinding starts right above us. We tell the staff, 1 senior person says it’s not the hotel, it must be next door?? Let’s be honest you know when someone is hammering directly above you. The worst thing that happened, we decided to use the jacuzzi outside mid afternoon as a quick relax, only to get covered in loads of cement. It went all over us, the jacuzzi and balcony from the work above. I called downstairs and when the poor lad that came to clean arrived, he was totally shocked. To add to all this the jacuzzi leaked like a sieve so all the balcony was covered. The cleaner called to tell them just how bad it was. Did we get an apology? No. All we got was a delivery of a couple of cold spring rolls and some tiny cake. Would I recommend staying here? Not for the next year or however long the building work lasts. Plus the jacuzzi room was listed as looking over the temple of the tooth, that’s incorrect it looked over to the lake, which you could also not see.
