Simple but helpful

Very positive and helpful owner and the whole team. Every time you pass the reception they offer free coffee or cold drinks... very good effort to always communicate. Great help - I forgot something in the room and it was very easy to arrange and pick it up later. AC and WiFi works well. Private parking is very good.

Really very basic accommodation, minimal amenities, especially the bathroom needs an upgrade. Breakfast is not available, even though Booking.com states otherwise.

Overal great stay. The staff is the highlight.

The staff was exceptionally kind, they did everything to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and cozy. Everything was just as in the pictures. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby which was useful. Great stay for the value of money.

The location is a bit far from the centre of town.

Terrible bathroom in every sense. Upon check in, I realized nobody cleaned the bathroom, even in a basic way. Since there were no other available rooms, receptionist offered me complimentary drinks to compensate. Since it was very late and I was driving whole day I decided to stay. The following morning I realized there was no drain in the shower area. Toilet seat broken. Pity, for car travelers, this is very good location for stop over, but I simple can't understand somebody is renting room in a such condition.

L'accoglienza è stata fantastica. Avevo commesso un errore di prenotazione, non hanno battuto ciglio mantenendo stessa offerta per le nuove date. Caffè e acqua offerti ad ogni incontro, parlano abbastanza Italiano e sono molto simpatici. Danno anche un foglio con informazioni per ristoranti e punti di interesse a Skopje. Parcheggio privato molto rassicurante, per quanto in realtà mi sembra una città tranquilla, c'è sempre gente in giro, fino a tardi. La camera era molto semplice: letti, minifrigo, tv, comodino e armadio. Personalmente, non credo ci sia bisogno d'altro per un soggiorno che sia lavoro o piacere. Tanto in entrambi casi si sta fuori a gironzolare.

Cazare de tip buget

Amabilitatea și disponibilitatea personalului. Proprietarul face eforturi reale pentru ca oaspetii sa se simta bine. Vorbeste engleza si e doreste sa te faca sa te simiti bine, Loc de parcare. Aer condiționat care a funcționat bine. Apa a avut presiune si a fost caldă. Am primit apa si cafea. Este un hotel de tranzit.

Unele camere sunt foarte mici, băile nu au perdele de duș, unele țevi curg. MD este mediu, nu este extraordinar, nu mori de foame dar nici nu te dă pe spate. Este departe de oraș, din punctul meu de vedere.
