Book this apartment only of you really can’t afford a better one
The location was perfect for us. We rented a car in Milan and it was really easy for us to reach the slopes and all the restaurants in Cervinia. The apartment is in a very quite zone, with no traffic to bother you while you rest. We also had almost everything we needed in order to eat breakfast. One could also prepare lunch or dinner, as the kitchen is well equipped. It only lacks a pan and a toaster.
The bed is an expandable sofa in a hallway. It’s so uncomfortable that I can’t even rate it. Since we were with our kid there was an extra bed in the kitchen, leaving us very little room to move around. Also the walls are paper thin. We heard everything pur neighbours were saying.

Exceptional
Breuil-Cervinia city is famous for its ski resorts but I traveled there for a peaceful mountain hiking in a quiet place in June. I traveled to visit Matterhorn mountain (or monte Cervino). The location of the apartment is wonderful as it has a direct view of this mountain. It's wonderful.

Modern tiny apartment, not convenient to the village, BEWARE late check in fees of €30 and €50
It was clean and had a modern appearance. There was a garage for the car.
Firstly, there is an unannounced/ unadvertised late check in fee of €30 for check-in after 22.00 hours, and apparently it goes up to €50 after 00.00 hours. This was unfair not to advise that in advance. Secondly, the apartment is advertised for 3 persons, but the first single sofa bed is in the kitchen, and the second double sofa bed is in the sitting room. There is NO bedroom. When the sofa bed in the sitting room is down, there is no access to the bathroom without climbing over the bed. The check-in lady was dour, and gave the minimum assistance.

Location is misleading on booking com. The correct one - 45.9270491,7.6187422. Not suitable for walking to ski lifts. Light issue in the bathroom was not fixed during the stay,

Tasse di soggiorno non specificate nell'annuncio e richieste dal propietario all'arrivo, senza giustificazione delle stesse. Divano letto e brandina da letto con materassi non adatti al riposo. Vergognoso... Non lo consiglio a nessuno.
