Cosy Loft w Private Pool & Patio

This is an exceptional apartment around 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. It's beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and stocked with every amenity you could need for your holiday, including grocery essentials and wine, beer and soft drinks. The view of the Old Town from the balcony is wonderful and the place is fully air-conditioned with two bathrooms (very welcome when travelling with teenagers!). The main attraction is, of course, the amazing private pool. It's fantastic, as is the pool terrace and all the furniture, including a lovely in-pool seating area, perfect for sitting and soaking up the unparalleled views. Again, everything you need is supplied, including beach towels, suncream and even inflatables!! Miho was a wonderful host - extremely welcoming and helpful, with practically instantaneous answers to any queries we had. This place was a dream to stay in and worth every penny, I hope we are able to come back soon 😊

We loved every single thing about this place, but those with mobility issues should note that there is a steep climb back up from the Old Town. This wasn't a problem for us and there are, of course, taxis/ubers readily available if you don't want to hike up the steps.

Our host, Miho, organised transport for us and met us to handover keys and show us around the property and even stocked our fridge!

My husband has difficulty walking so the stairs to get to town were an issue for him

Gosh - where to begin?! Everything about this property is superb. Miho (the host) was so helpful and ensured that we wanted for nothing for the duration of our stay. The pool area is unbelievably beautiful, and the view from the patio and balcony is no doubt one of the best in Dubrovnik. The property is equipped with everything we needed for the most incredible and relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with special touches throughout that make this property unique. The stocked fridge was a most wonderful surprise on arrival - especially as our flight was delayed and we were tired and hungry. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we will most definitely be back.

There is absolutely nothing abut this property that I could fault. Although being situated at the top of the hillside, the climb back up is hard work so would not be suitable for anybody with mobility problems or who isn't up for a challenge! However taxis are readily available.
