Boasting two spacious bedrooms (beds 200x200 cm), each with its own private bathroom, this apartment provides the utmost comfort and privacy. Additionally, there's an extra toilet, living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Step outside onto the stunning terrace, where you'll be greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering sea and the charming cityscape. The terrace is a true oasis, featuring a stylish outdoor furniture with hot tub making the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Additional amenities include air conditioning (both bedrooms and living room), cable TV, free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a washing machine, Jacuzzi.
Additional notes: It takes approximately 50 stairs to reach the apartment from the road. The small area between the apartment and the terrace is not private. Other people may pass through this space.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case the apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

We had a great time staying here, the home was clean and the private deck was amazing. Best view of the city. The steps are daunting at first, but then you get used to them!
