La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos de la oldtown. La propietaria fue agradable con nosotros y nos informó con detalle de la ciudad. El apartamento contiene todos los electrodomesticos necesarios e incluso cuenta con café, aceite, sal...

El apartamento se puede reservar para 4 personas, y aunque cuenta con dos camas de matrimonio, no hay espacio suficiente para poder comer, cenar o desayunar las 4 personas a la vez en una mesa, porque contaba con dos mesas pequeñas, una en la cocina y otra en la habitación. Nosotros tuvimos que hacer turnos para comer.

Tiene una ubicación excelente y está limpio, trato personal y muy atenta Kate.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We didn't have a car, and this was perfect because we could easily walk to everything we wanted to do. Many reviews for places to stay inside the town walls commented on the nighttime noise. We chose this place because it would be quieter and close walking distance. The windows are so soundproof that when we closed them, we could not hear anything outside. The back window has a lovely view of the sea and the historic town. We took the bus from the airport, and the bus stop is not far from the apartment but there are a lot of stairs to carry a suitcase. We opted to take an Uber back to the airport and we just had to step out the front door to be picked up. Very easy. The Uber was the same price as 2 bus tickets and a much quicker ride. Kate is such a lovely host! She greeted us at the door with the keys. She showed us around the apartment and sat with us with a map and shared her favorite spots to eat and things to do. We loved her dining suggestions. She is very friendly and one morning she chatted with me while I hung wet laundry. (Having a washing machine was a big selling point for us.) The day after we arrived, she had for us some fresh fruit she brought from her little garden from her house in the country. And the night before we left, she brought us some baked goods she had just finished baking. So thoughtful! Kate is the sweetest lady. She even stood on the sidewalk until we drove out of site in the Uber heading for the airport. There are several apartments in the building. Ours had one bedroom and one bathroom and a kitchen area. Two windows with no balcony. We spent most of our time outside so not having balcony was not a big deal for us. The beautiful view from the open window was enough. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfectly arranged inside the apartment, and the view from the window was a lovely sea view. The best part was the location, very close to the old town and a few meters from the Dubrovnik cable car and bus stand.

The kitchen's cooking area needs some minor maintenance.
