Experience the very best of Dubrovnik from Hedera A7, a stylishly renovated and modern one-bedroom apartment situated in the prestigious Ploče district. The Interior & Balcony
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming smaller building, designed with a focus on modern aesthetics and guest comfort. The heart of the home is the bright, open-plan living area, which features a high-quality sofa bed (perfect for 2 additional guests) and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
The highlight of the property is the private balcony, directly accessible from the living room. It serves as your own private viewpoint where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of local wine while watching the sunset over the Adriatic Sea and the majestic stone walls of the Old Town. The separate, cozy bedroom features a queen size bed (160*200 cm), ensuring a restful night's sleep. To keep you cool during the Mediterranean summer, the apartment is equipped with two independent AC units—one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

The apartment was nice and there was air conditioning in all rooms. The distance to the old town and beaches was suitable, but there are many stairs to climb if you want to go both ways. I recommend walking down the stairs to the old town or to the beach and using Uber for the journey home. Still does not escape all stairs, but significantly reduces the number of steps :)

Easy check in, our apartment wasn’t quite ready and it was organised to pick us up from old town to take us there once it was ready which was great. View is stunning and beds were comfy. Not a location if you’re not active and struggle with lots of stairs! We tended to get a taxi back in the evening which put up the costs a bit. Worth the view though!
