Apartment amazing, location not so much.

The apartment was amazing, as were the views. There were nice little touches like some condiments and ice/cold water in the fridge/freezer and washing up liquid/sponges. Also liquid soap in the bathroom. Lots of lovely, clean tea towels and hand/bath towels. Good air con. Even found some English speaking channels on the TV for later in the night!!

Where it was situated, but that's just us. We didn't realise how steep the hills were and we were only happy to come up them once a day so we did not go out after about 6pm for dinner because it would have meant another walk up - bear in mind we are 70 years old and reasonably fit. I have added pictures of the walk up to and a few of the views from the property. I don't think the other reviews were particularly good at pointing this out so I have tried to rectify. We would have preferred a balcony off the lounge (there was one next door) but the Juliette windows were lovely.

Perfect location in a beautiful town

Location was superb, within a very short stroll to the centre of Cavtat and all that it had to offer. It's a beautiful town with everything you could ask for on a short break. Two minutes walk to either the water taxi or bus to Dubrovnik. Stunning views from the balcony and exceptionally clean. Ida and Mirta were efficient and helpful, including booking airport transfer from the garden gate. Airport was only a 10 minute journey too. Ideal base to explore this beautiful region, and while being a tourist resort, it was much more relaxing than staying in busy Dubrovnik while being equally convenient.

With the beautiful view came the uphill location, but small price to pay for such a fabulous location

So spacious, clean and comfortable! Super short distance to the restaurants and shops, lovely views. The host was most welcoming and we felt very safe! Wish we could have stayed longer.. maybe next year!

Fantastic stay!

The location was fantastic, close to town and the beach. Had everything we needed and lots of towels. Good air con and shower was big and nice. Lovely terrace for sitting out in. Owner was responsive.

There were quite a lot of ants but there was spray provided which was effective and it didn't impact our stay.

The location of the apartment was ideal for what we needed. Close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk from the nearest beach. In Cavtat, nothing is too far to be honest.

I think if we were staying longer (only stayed 4 nights), I would have liked to have a washing machine in the apartment.

Nice apartment in a good quiet location, close to the centre and the sea.

Good quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, and only a 2 minute walk to the centre of the village and the sea. The apartment had a separate lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, crockery, cutlery, etc. The apartment also had air con and free wifi. Ours also had a balcony with a partial sea view.

Unfortunately the tv didn’t work for the week we were there possibly due to a problem with the satellite cabling. Ot didn’t detract from our stay too much.

Superb

Very modern, light and large clean rooms with functionable kitchen. A two minutes walk to Cavtat's center, yet very quite. Nice, small balcony with view to Dubrovnik (through some trees). Unintrusive host.

Good apartment, just needs few improvements

Excellent location, few minutes walking to Cavtat center, beach, nearby shops, bank, plenty of restaurants and bars. The size of apartment is nice, big bedroom, nice open plan living area and kitchen with the most utensils. Outside is a huge terrace with 2 loungers and table with chairs, but as it is by the main stairs, no privacy there. This apartment is great for short stays, it just needs few minor tweaks and improvements to be a much better place.

Although this is 4 star apartment there are few items that are not there: there is no parking available, so you have to carry/pull your luggage from public parking (some 300m away, you have to pay for it). Another option is to temporarily park your car on the upper road and to carry luggage some 40m through the forest trail (after that you can leave your car on the hotel parking some 500m away, free for now), so not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Apartment doesn't have dishwasher and we have noticed that some cutlery was not washed properly but placed in drawer anyways. There is also no safe. We found a lot of ants in the kitchen, although we didn't leave any food outside, but maybe previous guests used to feed them... In case of heavy rain as we have experienced it, there is no protection on the terrace except balcony which doesn't fully cover table and chairs.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

l'appartement est très bien situé pour se rendre à pied au village et à la plage. L'endroit est calme (hormis lors du passage des avions). la terrasse est top. linge de toilette et de plage fournis et changés au bout d'une semaine.

La literie n'est pas confortable, il faudrait changer le sommier. Il manque une table à l'intérieur pour manger en cas de mauvais temps. il est difficile d'y cuisiner :manque de place et d'équipement . le ménage était fait mais le sol n'était pas nettoyé à la serpillère.
