Seacrest Guesthouse

Ideally located, brilliant hosts, great breakfast (kept us going in the outdoors all day). We will definitely be back.

We liked everything.

By far our best stop over on our ten day tour of Ireland. Jane runs an absolutely lovely guest house, she is a marvellous host. Our welcome was very warm and friendly, and we were soon shown to our room, which was very spacious, with a nicely fitted out bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Our breakfast was soon produced which was really enjoyable, plenty of juice and freshly brewed coffee, we were offered numerous fill ups, unfortunately, we couldn't except as we had a long drive ahead. Jane and her husband offered lots of advice and tips for our forward journey, and by the end of breakfast, we felt like long lost relatives, certainly old friends. Mullaghmore, is a quaint little seaside village, and we enjoyed our late afternoon/evening by the harbour, sat outside the Quayside bar, which has a good range of beers/drinks, with a good range of food options. We booked ahead,so ended up eating in the adjacent restaurant, which was very good and plentiful, but with hindsight, I think we would have preferred to eat from the cafe side of it. We would love to return one day, and would definitely be staying with Jane again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Absolutely nothing not to like about the guest house or Mullaghmore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Seacrest Guesthouse. John and Jane were delightful hosts. Our room was top notch and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Our room included views of the beach and harbour of Mullaghmore.

Everything was great. From the very beginning it felt very warm and homely. The room was very clean with a lot of effort put into making it convenient for travelers. The bed was comfy, bathroom clean, breakfast tasty. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The surroundings were spectacular as well, our window was looking at Mullaghmore beach and the view was breathtaking.
