Wonderful host and charming property

The highlight of our stay was definitely the host – incredibly kind, polite, and charming, she made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip special. The property has a beautiful yard, and our room was spacious and comfortable.

We did visit during a heatwave, and since there’s no air conditioning, the room warmed up quite quickly, even with the fan. The Wi-Fi signal was also very weak, and we couldn’t connect at all. These were the only downsides, and they might not be an issue for everyone, especially in cooler weather. Overall, we left with great memories thanks to the wonderful host, and we would happily return outside the peak summer heat.

Large BnB room with a balcony overlooking an orchard

Very nice place to stay for travelers with a car. I am glad we stayed here, then drove to downtown instead of staying in a hotel in downtown Bolzano. The hostess was very nice, and we were able to communicate despite the language barrier. Highly recommended.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We have arrived late for the check in due to traffic, but she still welcomed us with a smile. Also the rooms are big and spacious

A perfect place for visiting Bolzano and the neighbouring Dolomites.

The house is situated at an amazing place - among apple tree plantations and overlooking a couple of historic sites (one of which is Reinhold Messner's celebrated castle museum in Bolzano). The included breakfast is terrific - the food is delicious and provided by the local produce. You also get the opportunity to chat with the other guests. One should emphasize the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts - always there if you have any questions regarding travel, sightseeing, lodging experience, etc.

We can't complain about anything.

Bei gutem Wlan-Empfang und TV im Zimmer kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin hat sich viel Zeit für alle Gäste genommen.

Wlan im Aufenthaltsraum war nur bedingt tauglich.

Struttura a conduzione famigliare, posizione molto tranquilla immersa tra i loro frutteti. Le camere ampie, pulite e con un terrazzino attrezzato per godersi il panorama. La colazione veramente buona, sia dolce che salata.

Struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, la signora che ci ha accolto é stata gentilissima e super accogliente. Posizione ottima per raggiungere bolzano in 15 minuti!!

Il wifi non prende in camera. Colazione molto buona ma personalmente avrei aggiunto giusto qualcosina, di dolce, in più da mangiare.

Великолепное место посреди яблоневого сада с потрясающим видом на горы! Хозяйка - замечательная женщина с великолепным чувством юмора, очень гостеприимная. Хорошие завтраки, близко до Больцано, есть парковка, напротив ресторан.

Ideal gelegene Unterkunft für Besuche von Bozen und Meran!

Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Einrichtung der Pension (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) war zwar schon etwas älter aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig. Die Lage an der Straße zwischen Bozen und Meran und die Bushaltestelle am Haus (kostenloses Ticket für den ÖPnV für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes) ist für die Erkundung der Städte und der Region einfach ideal. Allerdings bedingt die Lage auch einen entsprechenden Verkehrslärm, der uns aber nicht gravierend gestört hat.

Um lindo lugar.

A região é linda, a localização é muito boa. Fácil acesso ao centro de Bolzano. Estação de ônibus ao lado. Ônibus 201. A recepção foi muito boa. Quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã farto.

A única fruta mo café era a maçã, produção da propriedade. Um cereal integral. O colchão é horrível. Não tinha Internet no quarto e nem na área de convívio. Mas isso não afetou a nossa passagem por Bolzano

Poco fuori da Bolzano e immerso nei meleti

La posizione in mezzo ai meleti, il contesto esterno alla struttura (piscina, sdraio e sedie a disposizione degli ospiti) e la vicinanza alla fermata del bus rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole! Di fronte è presente un ristorante, che noi non abbiamo potuto provare perchè chiuso per ferie. La colazione è ottima e la stanza molto spaziosa! Per chi avesse problemi di deambulazione, la struttura non ha l'ascensore.

Abbiamo trovato il materasso troppo morbido e i cuscini troppo piatti rispetto alle nostre abitudini; per il resto tutto davvero bene!!

Sehr netter Aufenthalt !!!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, leckeres Frühstück. Bozen kann man gut mit dem Bus erreichen ( Haltepunkt direkt an der Unterkunft) Mit der Gästekarte sind alle Fahrten im ÖPNV gratis- sogar die Seilbahn zum Ritten. Gutes Restaurant gegenüber. Sicherer Parkplatz vorm Haus.

Belebte Straße am Haus ( nur bei geöffnetem Fenster störend ) Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen!
