Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu Hanoï

Excellent value for the money. I've stayed at many hotels in Hanoi, and this one was clearly the best. The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was also very good, and the biggest plus was the staff's kindness. Thank you for this wonderful stay. 10/10

The room, the staff, the location, the breakfast and the price. For what you get this is a fantastic value and a good quality hotel. It was my first time to Vietnam and Hanoi so I was very grateful for the welcoming vibes. The old quarter can be quite overwhelming for a newcomer so I really appreciated having a safe, clean and comfortable place to call home and return to when the hussle of the city and heat became too much to handle. Will for sure stay here next time I come back.

Only thing that comes to mind is the gym is smaller than I expected, its basically just two treadmills and a bike at the top of the building. It's so hot that the last thing you want to do is exercise. Pictures felt a bit misleading as I thought the gym was going to be bigger.

Exceptional hospitality and customer service! The hotel is brand new since August 2026, all the rooms and facilities are in excellent and comfortable condition, especially the bedding. Due to a typhoon, the rooftop bar and swimming pool renovation was slightly delayed, and we experienced construction noise. Vincent listened to our concerns and showing exemplary client service, not hesitating to upgrade our room. We also had a chance to experience the Skybar in private just after the renovations, it looks amazing now! They helped advise us on a boat cruise excursion for 2 nights in Lan Ha bay, looking after all communications and sharing our concerns to the crew. They also looked after the transportation at a fair cost. You can experience the harmony and peace at Hotel Joyau Bleu, with Vincent and the staff, especially to the attention in details, like fresh flowers, refreshing drinks and fruit, and most importantly availability for questions at anytime of the day. All simple things, but brought joy and smiles to our day. Under his management I am sure the hotel will continue to thrive and we wish his team all the best, and success. Well done, we will DEFINITELY be staying here next time in Hanoi. Shame there is not an extra star for 11/10 rating !
