    Housekeeping lousy as sheets looked and smelt used upon check in.But was changed when front desk alerted.Shower runs hot and hotter ,water pressure ok.Aircon is powerful but hotel needs a make over soon as it’d be a waste to let it run further down as location is great.Breakfast is decent and basic with a substantial variety and food is constantly replenished.Hopefully it get upgraded.

    Highly recommend this boutique hotel to the budget conscious. Stayed in a family suite with 2 teenagers and it was perfect. Rooms are clean, secure and a/c is great. Breakfast is freshly made from the menu not just keeping warm in Bain Marie which was lovely. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

    I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price paid. The overall condition of the room felt old, and the service was also below my expectations. My biggest issue was the Family Suite – 2 Bedroom that I booked. I genuinely expected two proper bedrooms, but what we received was essentially one large room that had been divided by a partition to create a so-called “second bedroom.” There was very little privacy between the two sleeping areas, and the entire suite only had one bathroom. To me, describing this as a two-bedroom family suite is quite misleading. It felt more like a single large bedroom that had been converted into two sections rather than an actual two-bedroom accommodation. This was especially disappointing because I specifically selected this room type for a group and expected proper separation and privacy. I travel quite frequently, usually visiting around 3–5 different countries a year in addition to domestic trips, and this was honestly the first time I had encountered this type of “two-bedroom” setup. This was also my third visit to Hanoi, and unfortunately, it was the first hotel stay here that left me genuinely dissatisfied. The hotel may look nice in the photos, but based on my experience, the room quality, layout, privacy and service did not justify the price. I would strongly recommend that anyone booking the Family Suite carefully confirm the actual room layout beforehand. Overall, not worth the money and definitely below my expectations.
