Great location! Right on the edge of the old quarter and 2 blocks away from the scenic lake. Easy walking distance to the crazy strip but quiet enough for rest. The staff was so friendly and Louis was so helpful! We loved all their restaurant reccomendations, and they were able to help us book the ha giang loop and more. Thankyou for the friendly accommodating service. Great start to our travel thru Vietnam!

Location and staff
Nothing personally, but room a bit dirty

The staff were very accommodating
Initially we got assigned to the room next to the reception. The floor was slippery due to moisture and the walls have some stains and the bathroom has some stains that look like moulds. The toilet was not working and the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a family room. The room was a bit better.

The location is good, in the old quarter.
It is not quite clean, bedding with stains.
