The service by the staff,the location everything was very good. I want to specially mention Jenny who was very sweet and helped us with all our requirements.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff here are truly amazing and made our stay memorable from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and Jenny from the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She took the time to chat with us, helped us take some lovely photos, and shared many useful tips and recommendations. Her warmth and local knowledge helped kick-start an amazing trip for our family. At breakfast, Emily from the restaurant delivered service that exceeded all expectations. She was attentive to every detail. Our son was still asleep when we came down for breakfast, and she noticed that one of us was missing. Without us even asking, she kindly offered to pack some breakfast for him. That level of thoughtfulness and care is truly next-level service. A heartfelt thank you to Jenny, Emily, and the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.
