    I booked the deluxe room with agoda at the price *** for 2 nights, which was posted 42 m2, city view. At check in time, I was assigned to an extreamly small room around 10m2, no window, no view. I was so sock and asked the reception to double check my booking but she said that I had to pay additional 500k/ night. The next day, I met the owner and explaint the situation. She checked and then agreed not to apply surcharge 500k/ night. Event I didn’t have to pay the surchage but I still feel unhappy with this hotel refer to the their unprofesion.

    It was really fun staying at Maro Hotel. Thanks to Miss Spring and the staff for your warm accomodation and services…Once I got a chance to come back again here in Hanoi, I would definitely choose this hotel!

    Hotel room is simple and clean. Bathroom is also clean and maintained well. Hotel staff Andrei is very helpful and goes beyond to help out guests. He even couriered my stuff to da nang.

    I'm pretty sure my parents would recall conceiving me in the original 70's interior and musty air. I could hear text notifications from the room next door. My elbows could not extend horizontally in the shower. I'm only 5'10, 155lbs.
