    Everything was excellent, the staff behavior and proactive approach is enough to choose the hotel, room was excellent ( cleanness, AC is cold,smart TV ) the skybar at sunset is amazing...book it without hesitation..

    This is a very nice hotel centrally located next to the lake, restaurants, and 7-11. The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. Note that all central Hanoi hotel rooms are a little on the small side so no surprises but perfectly adequate with a nice rooftop bar. Would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel was full of a pleasant aroma as soon as we entered. We were greeted with a welcome drink and snacks. The staff were very helpful, and even after we returned from our shopping, they offered us a cup of iced water. Overall, it was a great experience.

    I book agoda, and the payemt was made after a few days. But when i ask for recepit, Agoda say take from Hotel, when i ask hotel, the staff say take form agoda. My stay completed, no recepit. and when ask for it again, both still tell me the same.
