Buffet breakfast was disappointing, besides that service was very friendly and helpful, always greeting you as you walk past the reception, and patiently helping to answer several questions we had. Room and toilet were clean, location is very convenient in Old Quarter, a major area in Ha Noi. Big thanks to Quan and team for providing a wonderful stay :)

Mr Quan’s kindness, attention to detail and willingness to help with everything—from organising our trips and spa treatments to the wonderful birthday surprise at breakfast—made our stay truly unforgettable.
