La atención de los trabajadores es buenísima, llegamos antes de tiempo e hicieron todo lo posible para que tuviéramos una habitación antes. Lo que más me gustó fue que nos dormimos pero nos llamaron a la habitación para despertarnos y no perder el desayuno.. son detalles que se agradecen :)
La ubicación es muy buena, las camas cómodas y el desayuno buenísimo. Lo recomiendo.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the old town, large room with air conditioning and very peaceful. The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful, they even let us come back for a shower after we had checked out.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us a gift for our honeymoon which was really nice. The security guards opening the door for you is a nice touch also. I availed of the spa discount and had a wonderful massage. One night we used the rooftop bar and enjoyed the view with some great cocktails! The hotel is in a good location and close to the lake which is lovely for a walk!
We actually only spent half the time booked here due to doing the Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay Cruise. Upon returning from the loop we noticed $40 USD had gone missing from our wallet. Also, we left laundry and one of my tops were lost that I had only purchased that week. After a back and fourth trying to watch pixilated cctv I gave up trying to get it back.
