Lovely Spot!

Beautiful spot! We were greeted by the owner who passed on information regarding local amenities and showed us the place. It was perfect for our group of 9, lovely view from the backyard and the kids spent the days in the pool. Wonderfully planned out with outdoor couches in the shade, lounge chairs by the pool and a large outdoor table for dining. They also helped arrange rides for arrival and departure.

Perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik but close enough to experience the city

We were met at the villa by Franco who showed us around and also drove us to the supermarket to get some essentials in which was great and thoughtful. The villa is perfect for a stay with friends and family quiet /peaceful it has all the facilities you will need , swimming pool which was used day and night .. wood fired bbq . There is a wonderful restaurant just 1 min from the villa , lovely food and greart value. if you hire a boat to go round the islands you can be picked up /dropped off from the jetty at the bootom the garden ( highly recommended)

Highly recommend!

Just about everything! We went in two families, both with kids/teenagers. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but just a 20 min bus ride from Dubrovnik old town. It provides direct access to the inlet that you can see from the pictures which meant lovely walks admiring boats going buy and fabulous scenery. The property is amazing, super clean, tidy and unbelievably spacious. Perfect for two families of 4. It provides shared areas and yet you can have privacy if wanted. The swimming pool is amazing, we went at the end of October, so not that hot anymore but that didn’t stop us, specially the kids to spend hours splashing whilst admiring that gorgeous view of the inlet. And in the night, the lights nicely placed all around it makes it the perfect place to spend the evening with friends. It’s very nicely furnished and equipped, much more than I expected. The host is great, very attentive, helpful and always providing quick and useful answers to all our questions. Even took us to a larger supermarket in town so we could do a bigger shopping and not worry about going out to local shops so often. He has 6 great mountain bikes available for us to use, which was a massive bonus, specially because I love cycling. I could go on forever to describe how wonderful our stay was but you should really book it and see it for yourself!

Not being able to enjoy the outside space past 11 o’clock, shouted at to be quiet while playing family game on my partners 50th birthday, only day we were outside a bit later to enjoy the special day.

The villa is spacious lovely and super clean. The hosts are very nice people who will go over their call of duty to accommodate their guests. We were very happy at the villa and its one of the cleanest places we have seen thus far.
