Welcome to the modern three-story villa with stunning views of Zaton Bay. 500 m² of living space occupy the contemporary interior, each level with a balcony or a terrace. Floor to ceiling windows cover two sides of the house and allow for spectacular views of the Adriatic and the lush green landscape covered in pine and cypress trees. Ensuite bedrooms are on the upper floors while the open plan kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a luxurious sofa and a flatscreen TV are all found on the ground floor showcasing clean white walls and simple elegance. Jacuzzi, sauna,fitness corner and table tennisare also provided for your enjoyment. From here access the large terrace leading to the pool as well as barbecue facilities with alfresco dining table. Welcome to Villa La Mer.With five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms each have a sofa making room for two more if needed.Located just 10km west of Dubrovnik, Zaton Bay is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available within walking distance. For a full experience of the area we invite you to visit infamous city Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCOpedestrian onlycharming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, aperfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
