Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt am unteren Rand des Sassi-Viertels und vermittelt durch die fehlenden Fenster ein authentisches Höhlengefühl, das den besonderen Charakter Materas auf einzigartige Weise erlebbar macht. Wer ein echtes Sassi-Erlebnis sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
