There were no television stations in English. Everything was in Italian, although maybe that was good and I could disconnect from the crazy world!

Don't stay here if youre only staying for one or two nights.

Ironic but there was nowhere to relax at this spa. Tried to sit by the pool but was told its not a pool and cant sit by it, but I was offered to use the spa facilities for an extra charge until they didn't have any appointments left for the only day I was there. There was also a birthday party that night so loud music was going till 12:15am and loud people till 1am and we have to be awake at 6am for a flight. No warning, staff didn't care, awful.

Great size room, well decorated and very comfortable and excellent value for money. Friendly welcoming staff, ok breakfast and incredible view overlooking Rome from our bedroom.

It was an amazing weekend! Very good hotel with helpful and polite staff, especially Juliana (or Giuliana) who is very friendly and helped us a lot. Great breakfast and wonderful pizza diavola! Thanks!

Good location. Private parking & secure. Room spacious & well laid out. Typical good Italian designer everything & best for me (due to a back issue) it had a fixed/tiled seat in the shower so you can sit rather than stand. Brilliant. At last a hotel who has thought about disabled/elderly guests for washing facilities. First thing I’m going to build into each shower (wet room) when I build the designer house. Massive shower head as well. Restaurant & lounge was classic but contemporary. And to crown it all; not just pasta & pizza on the menu. Lamb cutlets… Yeah!!😊 Most importantly, the usual polite, helpful & great hosts by ALL the staff. Italians have it in their blood… nothing is too difficult to sort out for you. Wonderful people. Not accessible by public transport and there appeared to be only one taxi serving the town when we arrived off the train which made getting there awkward. Wouldnt have been a safe or easy walk with kids and luggage. Despite being so close the the airport the 'shuttle' to Ciampino was €40 and a taxi booked by the hotel. Although this was cheaper than the €60 stated at reception which was a relief. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was easily the worst meal of our trip to Italy. I has cacia e pepe and the sauce managed to simultaneously watery and congealed. The hotel was nice but I would eat elsewhere and there are easier places to stay if you're looking for somewhere before a flight.

OK hotel, but how to get to it ?

This hotel itself is reasonable and worthwhile.

There is an issue when traveling without a car : it poblematic to get to the hotel. From Frascati it is quite difficult to get a taxi. There are no taxies waiting at the trainstation, neither at the only taxistand in town. The only way appears to call the hotel and ask to book a taxi and wait ....

Very disorganized front desk staff who put no effort into helping us. Loud inappropriate music being played outside on hotel grounds. When we complained the staff said there was nothing they could do even though the event was on their property. Room was so tiny we couldn't open our suitcases. Had sent all reservation in advance for 6 rooms. Hotel claimed they didn't have any information. Took a very long time to check in. We were charged 250euro for meat and cheese platters. Very expensive although very good quality.

- Cost of food - Breakfast was not brought on time (twice). The menu states it starts at 7:30 and we ordered it for this time (to catch our flight home) which did not come. We spoke to reception who said it does not start until 8. We would not have ordered it if we had have known - There was a party which we were not informed of, which kept us awake most of the night - Curtains did not fit the window and did not keep much light out - Not the fault of the hotel but if you are using public transport be weary that it is not very frequent and the hotel is around 30 minute walk from the train station

It’s ok for a business trip.

The restaurant isn’t that good. I would expect something much better according to the price. They should consider opening for lunch also with simple dishes and snacks But apart from that the hotel is good and the restaurant is average. I would recommend the hotel though.

Great location and staff, some issues.

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was good traditional Roman food. Comfortable bed. The staff tried to fix the various issues, and I really appreciated that they constantly communicated with me to let me know what was happening, but unfortunately, the main issues were never resolved. The location is perfect. Easy to Rome and to Frascati.

Unfortunately, the internet didn't work at all. At first it was broken in the whole hotel, and then even when it came back on, the signal was so low, I had to use my mobile phone wifi to work. The room was not very clean and had a really annoying noise from a nearby broken water pump. The curtains don't block out the light completely, so I woke up early every morning. In my reservation, I had specifically asked for a quiet room with good internet, so I was disappointed.

Una sera parlavamo io e mia moglie ci hanno bussato dall altra camera sembrava venisse giù tutto La doccia con il doccino sulla parete non è comoda. Le lenzuola troppo corte si vedeva il materasso, in un hotel con tutte quelle stelle è inaccettabile. Colazione scarsa

di buono ha solo la posizione e il giardino dietro ma usato esclusivamente per eventi

partiamo dalla colazione che è completamente da rivedere, un albergo ad una stella propone una modesta qualità in più. Brioche rigorosamente congelate, il salato inesistente a parte qualche fetta di pane con un po’ di prosciutto cotto ma il problema stava nello scaldare il pane, grill non funzionate buttata lì sul tavolo come al mercatino dell’usato, consiglio a chi lavora in hotel: i bicchieri alla colazione per gli ospiti metteteli rivolti in giù verso la tavola, imbevibili anche succhi di frutta. Poi la camera signori, lasciando perdere il cattivo odore che si percepisce subito appena si entra e non sono bastati 3 giorni di finestra aperta per mandarlo via, il bagno non è classificabile, se pensiamo che stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle non possiamo nemmeno discutere (buttare giù e rifare) servizi offerti?? ne leggi tanti ma funzionano in pochi, quasi niente
