1. Нам понравилась близость к пляжу. 5-6 минут пешком - и мы на практически безлюдном пляже. К пляжу идти вниз, от пляжа (и это логично) - идти нужно вверх. Прямо от моря была лестница на 166 ступенек, мы к ней быстро привыкли и даже полюбили.
2. Хозяин был постоянно на месте.
3. Было много полотенец, мыла, шампуней, туалетной бумаги - не нужно было каждый раз ходить и просить у хозяина что-то дать...
4. Душ и кондиционер работали хорошо.
5. До центра Золотых песков - 15-20 минут прогулочным шагом, до крупного магазина около Свободного университета - примарно столько же.
6. Хозяин забрал нас на своём автомобиле от остановки "Журналист" и предоставлил раннее заселение.
7. Тихое, спокойное место.
8. Обеденная зона - на солнечной террасе (это очень удобно и вкусно).
Наверное, единственный минус - всего одна комфорка у плиты для приготовления еды.
На улицах грязновато - однако, это не зависит от хозяина виллы.

The property is very close to the sea, and 10 mins from the centre of Golden Sands.
It had grill, the beds were comfy and it was very good value for the money me and my friends paid. The host was a very kind and helpful person.
Yes the furniture is a bit old and maybe a more detailed cleaning would have made a difference, but me and my friends didnt necesarly mind this

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Thank you for your hospitality!
Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations. We had no major issues during our stay.

Tesisin konumu çok iyi yerdedir. Odalar temizdir. Tesisi işleten çok iyi bir insan. Elinden geldiğince bize yardımcı oldu. Bi daha bu bölgeye geldiğimiz zaman oda imkanı varsa tekrar bu tesiste kalacağız.
