カラオケをお願いしたが機械が動かず、直している間その場で20分ほど待たされた。

きれいで、プレミアムラウンジはお酒を含め飲み放題で、ロケーションが良かった。 漫画、卓球があり、家族で楽しめた。
フロントスタッフの対応がいまいち。若い人ばかりで愛想があまり良くなかった。あまり笑顔がなかった。 1人に対してお風呂用タオル1枚、バスタオル1枚で客室しかなく。ペーパータオルはあるが、朝顔洗うときは使い回す必要あり。タオル追加は別料金。 子供用歯ブラシはなく大人と一緒。子供用歯磨き粉は持っていく必要あり。
