綺麗、清潔、洗濯機が使えるので非常に、助かりました。
トイレのスリッパ、キッチンペーパーかキッチンタオルがもう一枚でもあると個人的には更に快適に過ごせたと思います。

徒歩でコンビニや食事取れるところもあります。
とても静かな場所です、近くに駐車場も3台あります。
古い家屋ですが、リフォームされ清潔感はあります。
古い家屋の為、部屋の音や声が響きます、神経質な方は注意が必要です。
