The room was immaculate and so spacious. Meals were superb and elegantly presented. Manager and every team member were warm and helpful, very professional in all respects. View of Toba bay from my room was magnificent. Onsens exceptional.

お布団を敷いていただいた方の敷き方が、シーツのしわが1つもなく、翌朝もしわなく綺麗だった。すごいと思いました。
帰りの送迎車がリムジンでした。初めて乗車したので感激でした。
お風呂が寒かった。
食事が冷めていた。
