Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo richiesto la spa senza troppo preavviso e lo staff in mezz'ora ce l'ha messa a disposizione. La spa è molto funzionale e pulita.

Paolo host meraviglioso e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in. La struttura è in un ambiente silenzioso. Abbiamo alloggiato per poi raggiungere il parco acquatico Hydromania e la posizione è perfetta. Camera molto comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'ambiente SPA completamente riservato ed ad uso esclusivo. Colazione ottima.

Die Leute waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Ob es salz war, fehlende Bettsachen oder die Reperatur der Heizung. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, so wie auch der Garten.
Leider musste man für alles, was man mehr als nur das Zimmer wollte hohe Preise zahlen. Extra gebühren, mit denen man rechnen sollte: Spa 30 Euro pro Person für 2 Stunden Hund egal welche Größe 15 Euro Frühstück 7,50 Euro pro Tag pro Person Also bei uns wären es für 3 Nächte 3 Personen + Hund, bei einmal spa Nutzung und jeden Tag Frühstück 172,50 Euro die man draufrechnen muss. Fande es dann etwas teuer. Unser Zimmer war schon ziemlich abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber. Als die Heizung ging war es auch warm. Wenn ich nochmal buchen würde würde ich wohl eines der anderen Zimmer im Hotel nehmen die sahen deutlich besser aus.
