Breakfast was very good, location very private
If walking at night access roads could do with lightning. But appreciate work ongoing.

I liked the views & sound of the river next to the lodge & hot tub.
No canopy over the hot tub, was freezing cold and raining so we didn’t get much use of it. Very small shower & toilet hardly fits 1 person.

The location is fabulous and really felt magical in the surroundings we were in. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The bar attached to the reception was a great thought, loved going to play some scrabble and get a drink in the evening. There's even a food truck outside (we didn't get to try it but all the more reason to go back). The room itself was so cosy and warm, perfect on a winters day. It smelled lovely too! As it was my birthday they even hung up a little "happy birthday" sign which was so sweet. It had all the amenities you needed and the cookies were a lovely touch! Of course last but not least, the hot tub was great. We even had a robin visit and sit with us whilst in the tub which made it more magical. I can't wait to go back :)

The location, like we step into a fairytale. The small lodges have everything we needed, the jacuzzi was soooo lovely. The breakfast in the small basket is tasty and nice touch. The foodtruck is a must! Honestly, my best mussles and fish soup we have ever tasted. All was perfect

Speaker system never worked within lodge 8 - and bit pricey but lovely all the same.

Most of the staff were very friendly.
Top marks to the chef in the food van. Although expensive it was very good.
The breakfast every morning was a nice touch.
Small pod and I think they are overpriced for what they are.
Wifi didn't work when we arrived although the staff did sort it
Could of been cleaner especially the shower.

The privacy and the serenity of the property, great location, heating was good, hot tub was great, very clean and were left alone which was great
It would be good to have a hob to actually make our own breakfast however the breakfast provided in the baskets was great

Amazing stay at the river side pods. The pods are compact, so its ideal for couples. Everything is to high standards, the contents of the breakfast basket, the smeg appliances in the pod, nespresso coffee machine, bedding. All great. The constant sound of the river and hot tub always on is a huge plus to the experience. The food truck is a big plus too, Highly recommend this place.

Phenomental facilities, it was so peaceful and you had everything you needed within the pod. The breakfast was lovely, 10mins from a coop with clear communication on local facilities and recommendations. I had one of my best sleeps in years.
Nothing - it was brilliant.

The breakfast was incredible! Dropped off to our lodge door at 8am in a basket. Fantastic service, delicious food!
The food truck served the highest quality food, and the staff were wonderful.
The scenery and views are out of this world. What an absolute treasure of a place!
Not a single thing. Our stay was outstanding, will definitely be back again.

The lodges view and Kitchen food truck. Staff was very friendly, especially the food truck staff.
The washing water of the shower and washing basin was extremely cold. It seems the main water heater was not operational. Also, there was no transportation services while it was really needed since it is a remote area.

We enjoyed the hot tub, it was a very peaceful experience
Price of food and drink was stupidly expensive, paid £15 for for a couple of logs and kindling

Location and marketed concept
The lodge is the advertised as luxury, but that didn’t match our experience. After the first night, it wasn’t cleaned, and with the constant rain and humidity the space quickly became damp. No options to dry clothes or towels were offered, and staff showed little interest when we asked for help. The jacuzzi noise at night was also disturbing. Overall disappointing for the price and description.

Hot tub
Felt it was over priced for what it was

the hot tub in the evenings after a long day of exploring was a best way to finish off the day
there could be more lighting surrounding the entire property, eg, fairy lights would give the property a little bit more comfort and contrast

nothing , was lovely

Everything, couldn’t fault one single thing
The views that surround it are breathe taking but even the WhatsApp glencoe chat that constantly replies to make sure your trip is going the way it should is so helpful.

The lodges look cute. There is a hot-tub and if you close your eyes and listen to the sound of the nearby stream, you could almost forget you're in the middle of a golf course. Breakfast was nice.
First off, the images provided of the lodges suggest a lovely little forest retreat, with privacy and quiet. In fact, the lodges are in a small strip of forest, in the middle of a golf course. Cutlery and crockery provided are the absolute minimum, there are no tea towels. Other than check-in, which was a perfectly friendly experience, all my other interactions with both receptionists I spoke with were studies in unhelpful passive-aggression. There was no interest in ever doing any problem-solving. Instead, cheerful "maybe you should have booked a 5-star hotel" comments are offered up if you have the audacity to ask for ONE extra set of plates. Generally, this booking would have struggled to justify a 500 pound outlay. The fact that the price was well over double that for three nights, is more akin to theft. Then we come to the cleanliness. While it is understandable that it is likely hard to keep small lodges well aired, there are spots of black mould all over the hut. The overwhelming smell you get upon entering is one of "mouldy school swimming pool". I have attached photos to show the state of the problem. Staying at any local hotel or B&B instead is probably better value for money. In fact, even just settling for the Premier Inn in Fort William is a better option.

Very friendly staff, great location, very comfortable and lots to do and see. Despite making some recommendations we would not hesitate in revisiting and will highly recommend to family and friends.
I think it would be best to try and put a little variety to the breakfast offerings, although it was very nice it was the exact same 3 days in a row, I also think the accommodations could benefit from a outdoor canopy area so as still able to sit outside if raining.

Had all the modern conveniences packed into the small cosy space, very private and clean. Very comfortable bed. Loved the way we were left alone yet staff were on hand if needed.
Had a blip with the sockets tripping out and had to call maintenance twice before they came out but once they arrived it was sorted quickly and professionally.

Accommodation was compact and bijou, very comfortable though and had everything we needed. It felt secluded and having the hot tub was wonderful . Having breakfast delivered was lovely too.
