Really a beauty to wake up to the view of Loch Linnhe.
The seafood at the restaurant was very fresh and flavourful!
Had problem with the hot water pressure for the shower.

Beautiful accommodation and beautiful location
Nothing - everything was perfect

The location of the lodges was excellent, very well equipped and very clean.
The hot tub was very clean and ready for use on our arrival.
The hotel being next door was an added bonus for getting a lovely meal out on the second night of our stay. Staff were polite and very attentive. The cost of the meal was very reasonable too.
The little toiletries and coffee pods left in thw lodge were a lovely added extra.
The lodges are a little dated and there was some little repairs that could be attended to such as cracks in bath handles and bath bottom is beginning to show signs of wear and tear.
I would have liked access to a robe for use after the hot tub but thats just personal preference.

The views were unreal. Hot tub amazing. Would definitely return. Meal within the onsite restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay

Hot tub on the balcony right on the lake was a beautiful setting. The lodge was lovely and warm.
Food in the restaurant was very good, service was excellent and very friendly staff.
Decor of the apartment was dated, needs modernising.

Loved the view, obviously! But apart from that, lodge is fully equipped and I mean you can just show up and decide to bake a cake, cook a 2 course dinner and have a glass of wine or tea with it and you’ll find all the trays, pots, pans glasses and mugs. Kitchen have essentials like Washing up liquid , salt, pepper tea coffee and sugar. I know that this is small but personally love that I don’t have to worry about these details booking a property. Bathroom essentials were all there - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Visited in winter, when arrived property was nice and cosy, Hottub waited to be used warmed up to 40C. Property is really clean. Staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly, suggested couple of interesting things to do in the area , and best place for a short walk with a view.
Windows in bedrooms are extremely thin, and during our stay there were really strong winds throughout the night that kept me up, now this might be just me begin light sleeper but if felt like I slept outdoor ( warm, but quite loud). Bedroom windows also face the bins which didn’t bother me during the day because obviously there is the most beautiful view at the back often property , but early in the morning someone from the hotel threw what felt like 100 glass bottles into it, which again was really loud. Still had a lovely time and would love to come back one day

Great location with stunning views, fantastic hot tub and appreciated we could check in early.
Bed extremely uncomfortable, staff couldn’t drop 1 bottle of champagne off to room that was only a 1 minute walk away so had to come out the hot tub get changed and go collect it. Check out time was a bit ridiculous too at 10am

Could not fault it

The location itself is nice.
We booked this specifically for the hot tub amenities, and unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. We arrived on October 4th and were initially put in Lodge 4, which clearly wasn’t ready for guests—the hot tub was dirty and didn’t even have a cover.
Reception did move us to Lodge 5 after we complained, but the problems continued. The hot tub there was cold (sitting at 21°C) and didn’t reach a usable temperature until the following morning. Considering we paid full price expecting these amenities to be functional, it felt like a waste of money. Don’t book here if you are expecting everything to be ready and working upon arrival.

The location of the holiday park was absolutely superb. Friendly helpful staff.
I thought the lodge/cabin decor and furniture inside was very very out dated and needed a lot of attention. I was travelling with my 1 and a half year old son and didn’t feel that the accommodation was very suitable for toddlers to roam around because of furniture / furniture corners etc. the kitchen was very back dated. Good size accommodations but could use a well in need update especially how new the balconies with the hot tubs look. The only issue I had with the hot tub is that guests from the hotel, restaurant and self catering accommodation could easily view the private hot tub/balcony areas

Location, cleanliness, size, view, hot tub, kitchen was well equipped.
The only negative comment I have is the heating was turned off in one of the bedrooms and it was freezing as the door was closed too. It took a while to warm-up and the other room was cosy in comparison. Other than that we had a fantastic stay

The location was stunning
Check in wasnt until 4pm. It was pitch black by the time we got there & there is a massive drop which leads to the water so quite unsafe. Check out was 10am so it really didnt leave much time for the money you pay. The lodge itself is quite dated. Again for the price you would expect a little bit better

The location is the best part of this property and the hot tub .
Because of its location, I firmly believe the staff felt they did not need to make any effort, and as a result the standards across the lodges have noticeably slipped. The beds and pillows were extremely hard, making it very difficult to sleep, and I ended up needing a massage once home to relieve the discomfort in my back and neck. The shower was also hazardous, as it repeatedly became extremely hot without warning, leaving us at genuine risk of scalding.
We experienced a particularly noisy group in the neighbouring lodge on one of the nights, and despite calling the hotel, our concerns were completely ignored. No one apologised, and no action seemed to be taken at all. When I went to ask where to leave the key on departure, I wasn’t even asked how my stay had been. Throughout the entire stay, no one checked in with us, asked if we needed anything, or offered fresh towels or additional essentials such as toilet roll. There was an overall sense that we simply did not matter as guests.
Considering I paid £1,700 in November, I find it unacceptable that we weren’t even provided with clean towels mid-week. The whole experience was deeply disappointing.

The location. The views were out of this world. The hot tub on the balconyy. The swimming pool. The food. The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful
Nothing. It was wonderful

Great location and the views from the hot tub are excellent. The hot tub is the main focus of this property! The on-site Restaurant was good too! All staff we interacted with were friendly :)
Actual apartment is outdated, it could do with some updating. Everything feels a little stale. But it was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Simply worth staying for the location!

Lodge was excellent, clean and very convenient. Hot tub great bonus. Loved the views.

The hot tub overlooking the loch was the main attraction, the views and sunsets were unreal.
For the cost of the lodge the property looks like it could do with an upgrade. The furniture in the living room and the bathroom facilities were very well worn.

We love the location as it is right in the middle; between Fort William and Oban the two most favoured places that we often go to. The stunning lake view from the lodge itself is to die for. We always get the utmost sense of peace whenever we stayed here.
What we didn't like its that the lodge furnitures and decor is outdated. I think it is about time for an upgrade. Since the price range I paid was in the thousand I would expect a better set of crockeries, cutleries, coffee table, stove, etc.

The view was out of this world, added in the hot tub spot on. Staff very helpful. Added bonus of a swimming pool x
A few small easy fixes. No hair dryier which was fixed when I asked for one. No milk, which wasnt great for a morning brew ( I did try ringing but no one answered, so I walked to the hotel and they did give me some milk) or condiments like salt and pepper for cooking. I expected these so didn’t plan for it.

Beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels were very clean.
Decking area and hot tub were clean and modern, with a beautiful view.
(lodge 3) the kitchen was good with most of the utensils needed for your stay, dish towels/washing up liquid and washing tablets were provided and bins for recycling. Coffee pods tea and sugar were provided but if you are staying take some milk.
The bathroom area is not great for the description and more so the price of a luxury lodge, the paintwork, grouting needs redecorating/updated and the blind was grubby and frayed the edge of the bath at the wall is cracked and grubby and around the bath and bathroom door was all scratched and marked which should be addressed.

Nothing - no faults at all!

The Seafood restaurant was amazing- recommend having dinner here but stay elsewhere in the area!
Great location and view.
Very expensive property for what you get. Cabins need a whole refresh.
Main complaints (as communicated back to property but no luck with compensation):
-White marks appearing on the varnish floors once wet (which occurred due to coming in/ out hot tub around the door mat). We pointed this out to receptionist who did not seem concerned.
-Hot tub not up to expected standard, with a lukewarm temperature which was too cold for the weather conditions, and the jets did not work properly / make any difference. The temperature dial position was not clear and could have had better instructions for usage. We informed the receptionist of this issue that evening.
-Bathroom is tiny and sloped ceiling meant my partner could not stand up fully when getting in/ out of shower. Shower was very poor water pressure and jumped between hot/cold. The bath panel was half falling off. Photos online of the bathroom in the larger lodge looked very modern compared to what we experienced.
-King bed had an extremely firm mattress, even for us who generally prefer firmer mattresses.
-Overall, the property felt very tired and dated and did not meet the expected standard for the fee paid. Its very expensive for what you get. Luckily we only stayed 1 night and could move on.

We stay in the lodge, which is perfect for families or friends. The rooms are of a good size, and you have all that you need in the kitchen and a hot tub on the terrace. View amazing
It will be good to add ac

Great Location, stunning view especially from the hot-tub, meal at restaurant was great as well.
Nothing I didn’t like, lodges were clean and comfy, just could do with a wee bit updating.

The view, the hot tub & the dishwasher.
All the pillows were uncomfortable. No soft downy ones at all.

Selection on the menu could have been better.

Beautiful location on the Loch with a hot tub on the deck & nice sitting area
Very limited food options, no room service of hot food , no breakfast , bathrooms very small for two bed room cottage

Gorgeous location, hot tub was awesome. Dinner was really good!
Beds were hard! Shower was either too hot or cold, really challenging to get it comfortable (failed to do so). Too much light coming in to the bedroom in the morning (need black out blinds). Check out at 10am too early for us but luckily they let us check out at 11am.
Breakfast value for 14 pounds just very average. If you offered Ala cart in addition to continental options then I’d be worth the price.

Loved the private hot tub and unobstructed view of Loch Linnie right outside through large glass doors.
Bathroom was so small with slanted ceiling in shower/tub area. Shower would not stay upright for hands free. Needs updating. It’s also time to toss out the scratched teflon pots and pans and replace with stainless steel.

Renting this private 2 bed lodge w/ jacuzzi turned out to be the best part of our trip to Scotland.
The lodges and the balcony views/jacuzzi setup were beyond amazing, being in a jacuzzi on a hot sunny day, watching the sun set upon the glens surrounding Loch Linnhe was one of the best views we've ever seen in our lives - we loved this place and we will be back.
The cabin/lodge itself was also great, every facility you could possibly want in a lodge/cabin was available, equipped kitchen/oven & hobs/coffee/washing machine & dryer - which was fantastic.
We were in the end cabin - which was great as it was partially isolated and really gave a sense of peace & comfort.
The hotel staff itself really sets you at ease, they give you the keys at check in and let you enjoy your lodge in total peace.
The only negatives were some minor maintenance failures:
-Broken privacy lock in toilets/shower.
-One of the rooms main door had a broken top hinge - making closing it rather difficult.
