The location of this property is great, 10 minutes from town but yet set back with privacy and stunning views. It was clean, fairly well appointed and had good wifi.
The outdoor area could be much more of a focus of this place, better seating would be good, there was a very well used BBQ and a pizza oven on the floor. Theres a large covered area where the wood is stored that is ripe for an outdoor kitchen and wood fired hot tub or something similar so it was a bit odd to just have a tiny pizza oven on the floor. It is worth noting there is no oven in the main property.

We had such a fantastic stay at this cabin — it was truly unforgettable.
The setting is just beautiful. Waking up to birdsong, enjoying the views of the sky and mountains from the terrace and even indoors — it was the perfect escape from city life. After the rain, we were lucky enough to see not one but two bright rainbows stretching out of the forest. Absolutely magical!
A big thank you as well to Sophie and her dad for being so kind and supportive, from booking right through to our time at the cabin.
We’ll always remember our stay here — and we’d love to come back one day!
One small thing — the toilet flush could have been stronger.
