Spacious property with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and large, very well equipped kitchen (tens of pans, pots, utensils, etc.)
It has a large yard where the children played and we adults drank our tea and coffee. The huge pine trees and singing birds create a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
It has everything necessary for a great stay. It might lack a pool, jacuzzi and other luxuries, but I would argue that they wouldn’t fit the aesthetic of the house.
We were very surprised to find out how much history the house has preserved. This is something I won’t spoil for future guests. The host is kind and catered to all our needs, make sure to ask him about the history of the house and how it ties in with important figures and events of the 20th century. There’s a ton of interesting furniture and items from this period.
Our stay exceeded our expectations by far, we planned a weekend barbecue with relatives for Easter and ended up with lots of stories to carry back home.

lots of space, really comfortable with beautiful scenery around. The host was great and did everything we could ask and more. location was a short walk into town and the host also offered us lifts to make things easier when grabbing shopping. communication with us was great making the stay as smooth as we could have hoped.

The house is remarkable - very clean and very well equipped with everything you may need for your stay (towels, bed linen, kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, etc.). The rooms are comfortable and warm (we stayed in March). The location is easy to get to with enough private parking spaces. If you are interested in architecture, history and internal design - well, this is your place. Th communication with the host was also very easy - Leo gave us great suggestions where to eat if we did not want to cook in the villa. Also, he stays in a completely separate part of the house so if anyone has concerns about it, you should not - he was practically invisible to us and was very care taking whenever we needed his assistance.

The Villa is really beautiful & only a 10 minute walk from the main town where you can access the ski lift. I think it is really important for people booking this Villa (especially groups that are renting the entire place) that the host also lives and stays in the property throughout your stay. We were not aware of this when booking and were under the impression we would have the entire property to ourselves as a group of 16 friends who booked together.
It should have been more clearly communicated that the host lived in the property.
