Recomendo a 100%. Condições fantásticas e fomos super bem recebidos. Muito bem localizado e com tudo aquilo que é necessário para uma estadia espetacular. Sauna e Jacuzzi muito bons e variadíssimos quartos para grupos grandes.

Amazing place. Very warm and cozy. Fantastic facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. Wonderful service place was cleaned during the week and the owner was such a lovely person and was so helpful.

We absolutely loved the chalet! We were a very international group of eight — 2 from the UK, 2 Bulgarians, 3 Americans, and 1 from Czechia — and every single one of us had an amazing experience.
The host was truly wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even surprised our friend with a thoughtful birthday gift — sparkling rosé and chocolates — which meant so much to all of us. It was such a kind and personal touch.
The chalet was beautifully maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, and every detail throughout the home was carefully thought out and spot on.
Thank you for such a memorable stay. We’re already hoping to come back and see you again soon!
The only “negative” about our trip? We clearly didn’t book enough time in Bansko — totally our fault! Next time, we’re staying longer 😄
