Comfortable and Cosy in Bansko

The first thing I will mention is the name in English for this property is Hayloft Guest House. We couldn't find it on google using the address at all. This is a lovely, well appointed room with a large and comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. The room is large and so is the bathroom. Lots of hot water and everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were delightful and accommodating too. We had a park outside the building as well. Wifi was great and the center of Bansko is just a couple of minutes walk away, with a large choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. We also had a desk and TV. The room was lovely and warm too. Great place to relax for a couple of days, unfortunately we were only there for 1 night. I would highly recommend this guest house.

Amazing location with friendly and helpful hosts that go above and beyond!

We liked everything in this house - when you start with the hosts and how kind they are, then the cozy common area that can host big dinners and fun nights, and we finish offwith the clean and warm rooms. The house has everything that you can possibly think of. Location is RIGHT in the center but at the same time the area is quiet. You can see how much hard work and dedication the owners have put into building this place. If you want to feel the Bansko spirit, you should definitely consider the Hayloft. We'll definitely come back!

Can’t find a better place to stay in bansko!

This property is very spacious, and it has everything one can need during the stay. The host is super friendly and helpful. What we like the most about this property is that every room has a private bathroom next to it so we don’t have to share with anyone. The location is perfect, easy to walk to the lift and any other places.

A wonderful place with very hospitable hosts

The owners of the guesthouse are very nice and hospitable people, they answered all my questions, provided all the information I needed, treated me to coffee, Ivan met me at the airport and took me to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the Wi-Fi works well, there is a supermarket nearby as well as the shopping street and a bus stop with buses that go up the mountain.

Best place to stay in Bansko

From the first moment you enter in the guesthouse you feel at home. The host Reni is amazing - she welcomed us warmly. she cooked us a diner and breakfast and helped us with everything we needed. Really, I haven’t had a stay like this before. Can only recommend and will most certainly come back.

Best stay in Bansko

We liked everything. Bed is extra confortable. It is very clean. Bathroom is very big. Just 2 minutes from the main street and 10 minutes from gondola. View from terace is beautiful on mountains. Hosts was polite. You can have meals in their kitchen. We rent ski from Boris, who is also very polite. We liked all.

Great stay for a ski vacation!

The location- the house is located near the center and near the Gondola lift. We could use a ski wardrobe which was very close to the Gondola lift. The facility was super clean, the food for both breakfast and dinner was homemade with local products and very delicious. The owners are very friendly and helpful and eager to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant. We had a great time and will come back for sure!!

Hidden gem in Bansko

Very nice, cosy and clean place, perfect for a night in transit, as well as for a long stay. Kitchen very well equipped, sparkling clean. Parking place in front of the house. The host made us feel at home from the first moment. She cooked a delicious breakfast for us. The courtyard is lovely decorated, you can enjoy the meal or just a good drink. Reni the host is one of the sweetest persons we ever meet. We definitely recommend the location and it surely will be our choise in Bansko again.

Comfortable stay with balcony and well-equipped kitchenette

The room was super clean and the kitchenette very well equipped. The owners were reachable and so nice to offer us an early-morning ride to a hiking spot. They also prepared a tasty on-order breakfast (including a generous offer of cold cuts) at a fair price (BGN 10/person). The availability of free parking was great, too.

The provided towel, although clean, had a slightly non-fresh whiff. (Maybe washing at a higher temperature helps?)

The host was really friendly, she gave us a warm welcome and was patient in explaining and answering our questions. We didn't have the chance to meet before the check out, but she gave us a call and asked for our feedback. The room was spacious, clean, the kitchen was mostly well equipped while the bathroom was modern and had all the needed toiletries. 7 min walk from the gondola lift.

From time to time an unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom. A small boiling pot in the kitchen would be useful. I regret not managing to try out the food everybody is praising...maybe next time.

Hidden gem with most welcoming hosts in the great location

Wonderful guest house with fantastic welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a fantastic stay. Every morning we were served a delicious breakfast made out of local produce, we had an access to a coffee machine, rooms were good size with comfy beds, hosts were around to help when needed but didn't interfere and we had plenty of privacy. They even arranged two homemade delicious cakes for our twins birthday, and we spent three evenings finishing them as they were massive and soo good! In the evening they were happy to serve delicious dinners if we didn't feel like going out and we had an access to the area downstairs where we can socialise all together. Overall we thought it was the best possible option to stay at Bansko and we will definitely be back!

Raine and Ivan are exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, truly go above and beyond. The place is homely and full of character, very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, everything homemade down to home-baked bread, pastries and a home made jams of any kind. Cannot recommend enough!

Reina was an absolutely amazing host, and was attentive to all of our needs. The food was incredible, the rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a really great atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent cozy family accomodation

We liked the property, the family who owns it, the breakfast was very good and more than enough, the rooms were clean and warm. The room where we had breakfast was perfect for our party of people. We also ate very good at this location. Rayna and Ivan made us feel as though we were home. We strongly recommend this property, and we give it a 10. When we'll come in Bansko, we'll definitely stay here again.

Location is a bit far from the sky slopes, but the owners recommended us a place near the slopes where to leave our equipment, so it was ok after all.
