Everything! The host was wonderful to us - taking time to talk us through the rules of the room, talk us through a map highlighting nice things to do/restaurants/shops nearby. Amazingly, they helped with organizing the best way to arrive from the airport, which was a huge help! The location is located right on the water with restaurants nearby, with great gluten free options. The entire place has a very authentic feeling about it, and very nicely decorated. Overall, we just felt really taken care of and had an extremely pleasant experience!

I loved everything, but the view and the staff were massive highlights

Not the properties fault but it did get very hot at night due to the heatwave and being at the top of the house. The staff did everything to ensure i had the right tool such as cold waters and cold packs to stay comfortable

The place was located in front of Giudecca, with a beautiful view of the island. The San Basilio waterbus stop was less than 1 minute walking from there! The person welcoming us was extremely nice.

The furnitures were extremely essential and slightly damaged. The beds were not as comfy as we hoped: the mattresses seemed old, and the rest of the room seemed older. The towels were not included and the kitchen can be used only from 18:00 to 21:00 (and only the microwave).
