Good location and clean hotel.
Noisy neighbours in nearby rooms who kept us awake past midnight even after we told them to be quiet.

Location is great.
The room was wonderful
When we arrived we had been assigned a 4th floor room in a block with an out of order elevator. This despite the booking clearly noting we were travelling with a toddler and a infant. We changed rooms and the staff were great in doing so but the initial room should not have been assigned.

The room was very spacious with a great seating area, huge bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but could have been warmer. Parking was great. Really good location for exploring The Cotswolds
The room could be either a bit cool or really hot. There was no fridge yet there was more than adequate space to accommodate one and with it being a Junior suite I was surprised it didn't. There was a broken handrail leading up the steep stairs to the room, which was very unsafe and this was repaired after mentioning it a second time(waited 2 days before asking again). The staff in the restaurant weren't very welcoming, no smiles or greeting on arrival and seemed to struggle to manage, i.e. long waits between courses and poor provision of crockery as even offered takeaway cups for drinks when no mugs were available. Quite poor management

Availability. Staff were lovely and kind.
Location was a bit too far away from town. Couldn’t adjust the heater in the room. The decor and style of the accommodation wasn’t in keeping with the Cotswolds. Felt like a very impersonal, mass production space
