Great location and friendly staff

The location was excellent and the resort/scenery around the site was amazing. Great service from staff and the on-site bar was good with a wide selection of drinks

We stayed for two nights, on the second night of our stay, it was quite windy outside. The wind got into the air ventilation system in our room and as a result, all throughout the night we could hear loud gusts of winds and Whistling. We hardly got any sleep because of this. We were happy with everything else during our stay except this.

Location was a bit too far away from town. Couldn’t adjust the heater in the room. The decor and style of the accommodation wasn’t in keeping with the Cotswolds. Felt like a very impersonal, mass production space

It is advertised has a hotel spa There is no spa nor swimming pool or sauna or steam room or beauty sessions infact its an hotel nothing to do with a spa.they could offer 1 massage on the Sunday ( we arrived 2pm Friday) it was my husband's birthday & ended up costing me another £200 to go to a completely different hotel . False advertising at its best & when I did ask where is the spa the receptionist stated the planning permission has been submitted & should be open in 2 years!!!! Apsaloutly disheartened 😔 We left at 2.45 pm .

Room was nice and spacious - went for the junior suite which was very quiet and nice views

Food awful. Breakfast very basic and limited not 4* standard deffo more 3*. Restaurant for dinner was awful basic food - and extremely overpriced. £70 for 2 x pizzas , a kids chicken and chips & bottle of wine. For context we went to a gorgeous Italian in chipping Norton and had a main meal each, wine & sides for the same price! All at a much better standard. I wouldn’t bother eating here if you stay.

Excellent place for a family of 3 visiting the Cotswolds

Our second time visiting Cotswold Golf Hotel and Spa. We love that we were given a studio with ample space for the two of us and our little one. The room is spotless and the studio has all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook our own food. The beds were comfortable and with an excellent view of the golf course. The room was warm too which is nice for winter. We'd come here again.

The breakfast was awful £15 for continental with minimal selection and only instant coffee available. Has a bar next door with a coffee machine but were told it wasn’t available until 10am after breakfast finishes and at an additional cost. Would never eat here again total waste of money.

Location for visiting Diddly Squat Farm

Under the bed was full of dust. Dental floss stick left on floor it clearly hadn’t beed cleaned properly. The shower head attachment wasn’t working properly and the shower plug wasn’t draining. I had to report this twice before it was rectified. Dinner wasn’t much better I had to send back glasses that had lipstick still on them. When returning to our room the cleaners had left the window open so anyone could have got in our room as we were ground floor. No compensation offered at all. We definitely will not be returning! £370 over priced and outdated.

The hotel was fine for us. Very small room with no view but we didn't book an upgraded room. Golf was great, the restaurant was nice and we enjoyed a few drinks up on the roof/outdoor dining area.

It was a little bit far from town, we were tempted to go in to town for dinner but decided against it as we couldn't be bothered travelling in. In saying that, the restaurant was lovely. The place itself has a bit of a 'conference' vibe if you know what I mean. Sterile but gets the job done.

Hit and miss

The location was good for us. Plenty of easy free parking. Superking bed was comfy. Good bathroom. Great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very small. A bit dated. Not well soundproofed. With a child running about above us we could hear every footstep.We paid £535 for 3 nights and for that I would've expected a higher standard of room.
