Nice hotel and friendly staff

The hotel was located in the Plovdiv outskirts about 8km from Plovdiv centre and not too far from Plovdiv airport. The restaurant offered an excellent variety of food and deserts. The breakfast was excellent and we had a few options to choose from. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

A truly stunning city which has managed to retain its identity unlike the rest of Europe.

Breakfast was ok, not much choice. Location was around 8km from the centre of Plovdiv so you would need a car or taxi however the city itself is absolutely amazing, safe, clean and with plenty to do, out of all the European cities I have visited this one beats them all hands down and is real credit to Bulgaria as it's one of the last places in Europe where the locals take a real pride in their country.

Nice stop over on a long drive to Istanbul

Clean, nice hotel with a friendly welcome, arrived before 12:00 noon and staff agreed to check in without any hassle, good breakfast, secured parking 4 km to nearest Happy Grill Bar & shopping centre to purchase Bulgarian products

Price could be cheaper in Bulgarian standard, there is price for everything in the room, in fact it is a good thing you know in advance if you burn a curtain what would be the cost, a bad day ? No problem destroying TV set is just 200 EUR all included. You pay checkout. See attached photo for prices :)

Gorgeous place, tasty breakfast, cosy suites with very comfy beds, private bathroom with a bath, a desk and even small lounge zone. Awesome! We wish we spent more time here:)

The location is far from the city, so car is needed to go there In one of the nights, they had a anniversary party until late hours and we could hear the noise perfectly

Passable

This is a relatively new hotel on the southern edge of Plovdiv city limits. Our room was clean. The breakfast was okay. The price of the room was attractive, and there was ample free parking.

The hotel is surrounded on all 4 sides by large parking lots for city busses, trucks and cars, except for a bit of lawn in front. We also found maintenance somewhat lacking, especially burned-out light bulbs in the ceiling lights. And the decor is not great (e.g., garrish red and black tiles in our bathroom).
