Longfield Guest House

I was met by George in the Car park when I arrived, he explained the check in process and helped me with my luggage. As a disabled visitor, I wasn't able to get a ground floor room, but the staff was great taking my luggage upstairs. The room was a good size, clean and airy. The bed was comfy and the pillows were not too big, I got a really good night sleep. The ensuite was a good size, clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful and accommodating. A lovely hotel, with lovely staff.

Visiting Dover for both leisure and business, however there was no desk in the room. I had to take a zoom meeting at a desk on the landing which was not ideal as there was no privacy.

Very convenient for the ferry terminal

Nothing to complain about really. Bed not the most comfortable and the place is a bit dated but for the money and convenience it’s fine.

The price was okayish.

It wasn’t very clean, there was a damp stench everywhere. No heating in one of the rooms.
