Police stn over the road. Carpark free over night right opposite the hotel. Great eat facilities right next door. Chinese. Pizza parlour. Breakfast cafe. Newsagents.
Very good value hotel ideal for 1 night get the ferry to France.
Unfortunately very noisy air conditioning units on the flat roof right above my bed. Didn’t sleep well.

The room was quiet.
On arrival quite late at night before 11pm, I wanted a cup of tea but there was no kettle in the room. Also the WiFi network did not appear or any of my listed 'available networks.' I went to the desk for help about 10 mins after my arrival but there was no one there or no bell to ring for him. On going to the bathroom I discovered he door handle was broken. For fear of being locked in I had to leave the door open.
There was no chair in the room.
I understood from my booking that breakfast was available but it wasn't.
