Close to the main station. Short walk to the ferry (mainly downhill or flat). Quiet room. Modern facilities. Air Con. Great shower.
I booked a room with a river view (one reason why I chose this hotel). I got a room with an atrium view - no opening window or view. In hindsight probably a good thing given the heat & maybe loads of mozzies by the river.

it was amazinggggggggggggggggg!!!! the tv was a smart tv and it was so good. the shower was incredible.bed soooo comfy

The location was great.
The air conditioner was great when it was working.
We had to request more toilet paper as there was a quarter of a roll left for a two night stay.
We had to request an extra pillow as there was one for the two of us. There was also only one teacup for two people.
The toilet had faeces at the bottom of the loo which was filthy.
The air conditioner was set on a timer which kept waking us up as it kept turning off in an extreme heatwave.
You also have to go downstairs to ask for support if required.
There was no seats so nowhere to sit.
The tv also wouldn’t connect to the wifi which showed it was connected. We were advised by staff to try and connect to wifi.
