Beautiful charm - both the house and our attendants.

A little sketchy neighborhood but once you got behind the privacy gate, it was fantastic. So we’re Carol and Veronique.

Wonderful, one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Our stay at Castel Jolly was wonderful. The building is really beautiful and tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The room is spacious, comfortable, warm and exquisite as well as charming. The bed linen and towels are better than those in my own home. The breakfast is delicious, and varied, including eggs from the hens in the hotel garden. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. The common room and breakfast room invite you to relax and enjoy the moment (we fell pitty to go outside to visit the city). Our hostess, Marie, was charming and attentive at all times. We really recommend enjoying this wonderful place.

We were only able to stay one night in Castel Jolly. We would have loved to stay more days!

A gem in Rennes.

Amazing in every way. Stylish, comfortable, restful and well located to explore the old,part of Rennes on foot. Warm welcome from host, great to be able to park and leave the car in the walled front garden during our stay, Bedroom and luxury bathroom over looked rear garden - all beautiful. A really delightful find through Booking.com.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nice room. Good garden. Not far to the centre. We had to leave early in the morning and had every assistance in being served breakfast early, etc. terrific service.

A perfect, small boutique hotel.

The team at Castel Jolly were amazing - they could not have been more helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them more highly. The room was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was divine. Compared to the other hotels we have stayed in on this holiday this is head and shoulders about them.

Perfect in every respect. It just doesn't get any better than this.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay here. Our hosts, Marie and Alain, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and immaculate and all facilities were first-rate. We simply felt that we had found a new home, with all the comforts and pleasures that provides. The breakfasts were magnificent and the choices unbelievably varied. We can't wait to return to this oasis and explore the immediate area more completely and to see our hosts once more.

Dieses "maison d'hôte" ist eine wunderbare und ruhige Oase zum Erholen und Geniessen, und dies erst noch in der Nähe der Altstadt! Ein kleines Paradies, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad top; die Räume im Erdgeschoss und der Garten dürfen uneingeschränkt mitgenutzt werden. Einfach ein Traum! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Von den Gastgeberinnen wurden wir aufs herzlichste empfangen und betreut wie auch mit tollen Tipps für den Besuch der Stadt "versorgt". Wir vergeben ihnen gerne 10 von 10 Punkten! Nicht zu vergessen: das köstliche Frühstück!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Castel Jolly. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût, et le jardin, agrémenté de grands arbres, est un véritable havre de paix. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un grand merci à Marie pour son accueil chaleureux, sa bienveillance et la qualité du service. Le petit déjeuner, varié et délicieux, a été un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Tout était parfait.
