Mercure Hyderabad KCP Banjara Hills, An Accor Hotel

Very courteous staff. Room is spacious. I wanted a hard pillow. Hotel staff took ages to find one but eventually they did, which I am happy about.

Bathroom fitting could do with an upgrade. Hand shower needs updating. Water pressure and quantity (shower head) are not great if you don't want to use the rain shower. Rain shower keeps dripping water on head even while using the hand shower. Bathroom sink tap is old and not polished. Body lotion dispenser head was broken. All the dispensers do not seem to have been cleaned and maintained for years and quality of products is very average. All pillows are soft and old. Keep other pillow options available on request. Housekeeping definitely needs some attention with these items which are very important for guests.

Had a short stay at Mercure Hyderabad, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was seamless, and special thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Suraj for finding a practical solution to my payment issue. It’s clear he’s leading a strong team. Krish made check-in effortless, Nagendra patiently assisted with the payment process, and Shubham ensured a smooth early-morning checkout. Together, they embody something increasingly rare today: genuine warmth in hospitality. The experience extends beyond the front desk. Sukhdev and Chitrasen at the porch welcomed me with a smile every time I stepped in or out, adding a personal touch that never went unnoticed. The rooms are comfortable, but it’s the people who make Mercure feel like a home away from home. Will definitely be back again
