Breakfast buffet was excellent. The manager Mr. Umesh went out of his way to meet any request from us. The car rental service was good. Driver Sohail took good care of us and was a careful driver.
The so called Italian restaurant and Firdaus were a disappointment. The towels in the rooms or swimming pool need to be replaced ASAP.

the only good thing i like there was the breakfast. rest all were over rated. Also may be I would say the location was good and convenient
I had lot of expectations from the brand name but i was utterly disappointed. The Carpet in the corridor looked very old and worn out. When I checked in the hotel room the rooms was not properly cleaned. I was the used tissue paper lying under the bed. When I complained it to the staff instead of apologizing he was arguing that the room has been properly cleaned. The bathroom shower drain was clogged. I made the complained but it was not addressed even till i check-out.
