Hotel the Plaza

The hotel is in a prime location, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool is another major attraction, providing a great place to relax and enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had informed the hotel that I would be checking out at 11:00 PM and had paid the full amount for my stay. Around 10:00 PM, my kids asked for drinking water, but there were no bottled water bottles left in the room. When I called the reception, I requested mineral water. I was told that since I was checking out at 11:00 PM, they would not provide complimentary mineral water and would only send RO water. I was disappointed by this response and ended the call. A few minutes later, they sent the mineral water bottles. I felt that the staff's attitude changed once they knew I was about to check out. Guests should receive the same level of service throughout their stay, regardless of whether they are checking in or checking out. I hope the hotel improves this aspect of its customer service.

The bathroom experience was quite uncomfortable. The flush and the shower panel switch were extremely tight, making them difficult to use each time. Additionally, only a Medimix bar soap was provided for body wash, which did not meet basic expectations in terms of amenities. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could be significantly improved.
