Our one night at "B&B Sa Serra" was a huge disaster for us. :(

Well-maintained garden. House covered with natural stone. Caterina was attentive and helpful, constantly ventilating the rooms. But she cannot turn a musty cellar into a castle. :(

The house is built on a hillside and clad in stone. Because of this, there is a cellar effect. A large dehumidifier runs 24/7 inside to prevent mold and musty odors. During our stay, the outside temperature at night was 12°C. Inside the house, the temperature was only 2-3 degrees higher. There was no heating available. :( The dining room and kitchen are shared with other guests. There was a small oil radiator in the kitchen, which we brought into the room, but the child still had to sleep wearing a coat. :( We received breakfast. I couldn’t tell if the bread smelled musty from the dining room or if the bread itself was moldy. A few hours later, I suffered from severe food poisoning. :( We were 80 km away from Stintino when another problem occurred - it turned out one of the room keys was left in the car. :( The owner’s threatening and ultimatum-like communication is not worth detailing. The next morning, I mailed the key back. My rating for the owner: Zero. We spent two weeks in Sardinia at various accommodations. Our one night at "B&B Sa Serra" was a huge disaster for us. :(

Cozy getaway with Nature, and a 5 minute drive to the Stintino beaches

The B&B Was super easy to access, kind staff and delicious breakfast and cakes available. You also have a nice option to keep your belongings in their refrigerator, as well as borrowing the B&B's umbrellas and beach mats!

We did see a small lizard in the common area one evening when we entered the building. The beds are also not 100% comfortable.

All great: location, room, facilities, value for money !

Room is clean and new. Space outside is nice. Good Breakfast. Easy to reach the owner before arriving and for the check in. Free parking is a plus. Umbrella and matting ( compulsory to enter the La Pelosa beach) available are double plus !

On foot not that close nor to La Pelosa beach neither to Stintino. both distance are 'walk-able' , but under summer sun at 30+ degrees is far from being pleasurable. Facility could send email reminding that to set at 'la pelosa beach' is necessary a reservation (3.5 euros per person) and lady at the reception was not that clear regarding the (peculiar) regulations of the 'la pelosa beach': in fact, since it is a free beach you can go, walk thorough, swim freely, BUT if you intend to set your (compulsory) matting and towel you need the reservation / payment / bracelet. Weird all the attention about the precious sand at this beach, many other beaches are equally amazing in Sardegna, and nowhere else it is such a big deal : /

Superb

beautifully settled, perfectly clean house in a garden with a forest feeling to it - we met a wild boar and turtle during our stay! The hosts are kind and helpful. Top place for a Stintino stay!

no info about the kitchen use ban - it is still stated in the offer that you can use it which is not the case - I was expecting they might have settled this option by meeting some regulations, but in fact kitchen usage in B&Bs is forbidden by state and Sa Serra is no exception. While I totally understand this is the situation now, an update of the offer details would be a nice touch ;)

El hecho de que tuvieras una zona común con cocina, los dulces del desayuno (no pudimos degustar el mismo porque nuestro barco salía de Santa Teresa de Gallura muy temprano y teníamos que irnos mucho antes de la hora de inicio del desayuno) que pudimos tomar como deferencia un poco por la tarde anterior, la ayuda de Maria Paola para conseguir las entradas imposibles a La Pelosa y toda la comunicación que tuvimos con ella antes de llegar y después de irnos, mujer encantadora. El proceso de auto check in muy fácil. La habitación era grande y bastante cómoda, y el lugar poco ruidoso

No hay A/A en la habitación y en su lugar había un ventilador que hacía bastante ruido y refrescaba poco, es un punto a cambiar dado que en verano se sufre. Las tasas y las entradas que se paguen con efectivo no es lo mejor tampoco.

Tesisin konumu çok merkezi, La pelosa gibi plajlara çok yakın, sahibi ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı ise pek çok otele göre çok zengindi, ev yapımı keklere bayıldık.

Un emplacement exceptionnel très confortable.

Petit déjeuner de grande qualité et d'une grande diversité. Des gâteaux faits maison, du jus d'orange frais et une hôtesse très agréable et à l'écoute de ses convives. Une résidence récente arborée, très bien entretenue, un grand parking privé et une superbe terrasse.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de pain frais mais uniquement du pain industriel et des biscottes au petit-déjeuner qui était malgré tout plus que parfait. On nous a demandé de vider les chambres juste après le petit-déjeuner alors que la réservation courait jusqu'à 11h. On a quand même pu laisser nos affaires dans la salle à manger jusqu'au départ.
