Home away from home... ❤️

This was just amazing! Doriana and her family are so welcoming! The studio is big, comfortable and has everything you need! There is even a over head rain shower. The bed was comfortable and everything was well designed, looked pretty and it was very clean. Parking is right there, you can bring your pet. Our dog was more than welcome. Oh and did I mention that the location is just perfect when you want to go out and explore Istria? Super close to Rovinj, but als super close to everything else! We loved the place. But we loved the people even more! We'll be back in Croatia much sooner than we thought!

Affordable accommodation 10 mins drive from Rovinj

Spatious bedroom with comfy bed. Cute little living room with cozy sofa, air-conditioned. Nice little area to sit in the garden in front of apartment. Parking on premises. Close to Lim fjord and Rovinj (10 min drive), car is a must.

There are no shutters on the window so in the night you can see through the window when the lights are on, even through curtains.

Immer wieder gerne

War letztes Jahr schon top zufrieden, deshalb habe ich mich wieder für das Apartment Nikolena entschieden und werde es immer wieder tun. Die Eigentümerin ist superlieb und kümmert sich vorbildlich um ihre Gäste. Puno hvala na svemu Doriana, nadam se da se vidimo sljedeće godine

Großräumiges Apartes mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliche Betreiberin. Gute Parkplatzoption in ruhiger Lage.

Etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche in der Küche und spartanische Küchenutensilien. Gut wäre auch, wenn es etwas gemütlicher wäre.

Un'esperienza da rifare!

Posizione tranquilla, facile da raggiungere, parcheggio sempre disponibile. Monolocale spazioso, luminoso e ben insonorizzato. Aria condizionata, cucina con lavastoviglie, doccia grande, wifi e piano cottura ad induzione. Spazio all'aperto riservato. Doriana la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Maya, una cagnolona che non aspettava altro che le coccole! Ci siamo trovati bene, ci ritorneremo!!

Materasso un po' troppo rigido per i nostri gusti. Se come me avete bisogno del buoi per dormire un po' troppa luce che entra al mattino dalla porta finestrata e anche dalla finestra nonostante ci sia una tenda scura (problema, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, riscontrato nella maggior parte degli appartamenti visitati in Croazia per l'assenza di scuri o tapparelle come da nostra abitudine)

Ottima sistemazione

Appartamento pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Comodo per raggiungere Rovigno in pochi minuti di automobile. Pola e Vrsar sono a mezz'ora di strada. La Signora Doriana è gentile e disponibile, senza mai essere invadente. Comodo posto auto coperto. Lo consiglio!

Die Absolute Gastfreundschaft Kroatiens

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort einmal in der ganz großen Wohnung diesmal in der kleinen Wohnung. Es ist immer wieder schön mit soviel Gastfreundlichkeit Empfangen zu werden. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend die Zimmer Größe für zwei Erwachsene ein Kind genau richtig. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Gastgeber einfach nur Herzlich. Es wird NICHT unser letzter Besuch dort gewesen.

Zelo lepo, urejeno, če bi kaj potrebovala, nama je bila lastnica na voljo.

Gostiteljica je bila zelo prijazna, imela svoj zasebni zunanji prostor z mizico, na voljo nama je bil žar na kolesih, skratka odlično.

Hladilnik ni imel zamrzovalnika, vendar danes obstajajo hladilne torbe, ki ne potrebujejo hladilnih plošč.

Nyugodt, tiszta, rendezett szállás, ajánlom.

Nagyon kedves vendéglátó, nyugodt és csendes környék. Tetszett, hogy volt saját kis teraszunk is és a közös részen is tudtuk használni a kerti bútorokat. A kert nagyon szép, teli van növényekkel. Kutyával érkeztünk, volt bekészítve tál és fekhely a kutyus számára is.

Ami pluszban jó lett volna, ha van kávéfőző (mokapot vagy bármilyen). De minden más nagyon szuper volt.

Knus appartement. Helaas was deze zonder keuken. Goed onderhouden. Mooie badkamer met douche. Voldoende handdoeken.

siamo molto soddisfatti dell appartamento,tutto nuovo all interno e molto grande oltrettutto,letto comodissimo,clima che rinfresca tantissimo,wi-fi perfetto,ottima posizione tranquilla,gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha offerto frutta del suo orto,tutto molto pulito,all interno c è tutto ciò che serve,bella la terrazza esterna con tavolo e sedie,inoltre piu in la c è la griglia con divani e tavolini.unica pecca nel nostro appartamento c era solo frigo e non freezer ma la proprietaria ci ha raccontato il perche dicendo che provvederà
