Apartments Modrušan

Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Apartments ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat aber durchaus einen schönen Flair. Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus. Die Wege zum Meer und in die Altstadt sind okay.

Die Unterkunft ist außen und innen fast schon penibel sauber und man hat alles was man braucht.

We stayed for four nights in the studio apartment and the experience was truly outstanding. The studio was spacious, very well lit, and extremely comfortable, making it feel like a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Rovinj for the Bachata Festival Everything was clean and well maintained, and the accommodation had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the availability of bicycles for each guest free of charge, which made getting around incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location is also excellent — quiet and peaceful, yet still very close to both the beach and the town center, so everything was within easy reach. What really made the stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly kind and supportive, even personally driving me to a dentist in town with his own car when I arrived with a severe toothache. That level of care and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best stays we have ever had. If 10 out of 10 is the maximum, this would be beyond that. We would recommend Apartments Modrušan to absolutely everyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Rovinj.

Upea paikka! Aivan super! Ihana omistaja Hurjan siistiä ja puhdasta. Täällä on jokaiselle asukkaalle autopaikka, ja hintaan kuuluu myös polkupyörät, joita riittää kaikille.

Kylpyhuoneessa (asunto 4) voisi olla esim pyyhekoukkuja seinillä
