Had a great stay!!

To Modrusan family: thank you for our nice stay in your beautiful apartment. This is a large modern apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, clean, close to the beach, supermarket nearby, very welcoming and friendly hosts (as well as their dog Ben). Highly recommended this apartment to everyone.

They welcomed a baby and a dog. They had excellent suggestions for places to eat, places to visit and things to do. They love their town, their region and are rightfully proud of it.

no warm water, old, ants, far away..

everything very old, there is a boiler that doesnt work - so no warm water in the shower during the evenings, lots of ants in the kitchen, impossible to leave anything outside of fridge, disgusting, old furniture smell inside the wardrobe, very far away

Fantastic host great apartments all the sites were within fifteen minute walk from the apartment.

we were greeted by the host, who was so welcoming and provided coffee and local map and advised us of all the attractions, beaches and restaurant's near by. We were welcome to use the complementary bikes available .

This place is amazing, because host are very friendly and the apartment clean and cozy.. Very close to the Cuvi beach. By the way, our child was amazed with this place too, because there are a playground in the garden.

Good price-quality, we'd love to return

Good location, excellent hosts. We got good information about things to do and visit in the neighborhood. Parking right in front of our appartment (number 3, on the left on the ground floor when looking tot the building) which gives possibility to (un)load your car in dry conditions if it should rain. Great to have 2 terrasses (front and back), so you can always have sun or shadow. Good working airconditioning. Good thing there are free bikes available. Free bottle of house wine. Free and quiet fast wifi available, but network is not always stable. Hygiene is eminent, big thumb up for that. Free small playground for kids. Well maintained domain. Good location (15 minute walk from Rovinj centre) and plenty of good beaches nearby).

Appartment 3 (ground floor left when looking to the building) is a little bit oldfashioned. Appartment has some small defects (kitchen doors, freezer inside the refrigerator, toilet seat). Bed is quiete uncomfortable (it creaks, you cannot turn around without waking everybody)

Great place to stay. Park with beaches is near by. Decent shop is in 5 minutes walk. Apartment is clean and in a good condition. Parking on site is available. Very nice host!

2nd floor apartment

Large terrace, friendly owners, clean, light and well equipped apartment, quite area, swimming spots around Cuvi are great especially for dog owners. We would like come back again.

Alles perfekt!

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison gereist sind, bekamen wir anstatt des gebuchten kleinen Appartements ein tolles Upgrade. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und es war auch kein Aufpreis zu bezahlen .
