Not the usual booking.com experience!

Clean facilities. Well-maintained toilet block

1. Very brusque, even rather rude, reply when I asked about towels and bed linens 2. Air con is only in the living area, not the bedrooms. 3. The small bedroom was tiny and the window did not open - suffocating! 4. Strange instructions about leaving dishes 'on the table' on departure - how ridiculous! 5. I am not sure that this is the type of property suitable for booking.com. I mean - having to pay extra for bed linens and towels, having to clean and mop the floor before departure - really???? .

Place was just perfect!! The only one problem was the water shower temperature, it was just burning for your skin and impossible to set, decrease it please.

Disappointing

The location.

The mobile home was not what we expected. Photographs have not been updated for years. Furniture was clean but not the mattresses. It was horribly hot and the air- conditioner was not good. Gas did not work and was half broken: we were frightened of lighting it. The main door was difficult to lock. The sheets that we paid for were not appropriate, the material they were made of was similar lo plastic, I suppose cellulose and expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The camping is convinient close to Arles, the ac is reallynice and works well in the mobile home. The mobile home are clean and comfy

I didn’t expect the camping pool to close at 7 pm. Sad it did. When it’s 34C outside until late the pool is a great way to cool off. Tents are really close to the path for car in camping. No sheets for rent available- be ready

Location and facilities wete good. Was clean and had enough space and equipped kitchen.

Ants in kitchen due to small hole under electrical socket for cooker. Gas bottle was empty so I had to go find someone and reception was closed

do keep in mind that once you book it, you will face so many conditions that are never mentioned in the booking page: you will receive a message that 1) there is no bed linen 2) you can’t park after 23h 3) you need to pay them additional €300 as deposit, which they will try all the best to never give it back to you. Also, although it is NEVER mentioned it in the messages, the cleaning of the house is entirely in charge of you: even though you pay at least €80 per day, basically the cleaning lady does no job and you have to clean every speck of smallest water or dab that is in the sink.

The pool was nice enough.

There was no oven, no kettle, no option to buy or rent bed linen or towels, she just said no.... The gas for the hob wasn't working and we told them this but they never came to fix it so we had only a microwave to try cook from or make tea. There was no toilet paper even in the public toilets by the pool.... And no seats on the toilets. Oh and the tiles around the pool were extremely slippy. My little boy fell a few times.

The bungalow were quite well equipped. The location is great in Arles and the swimming pool with the slides is great for kids and adults as well.

Bungalow are a bit small for 6 persons.

Manque x info de la part de booking sur ce qui n est pas compris dans les nuits passées. Lorsque l on loue à la nuit a minima un rouleau de papier toilette serait apprécié dans un mobil home ! Arrivé à 18h il faut courir au supermarché alors que ce n est pas une location à la semaine mais 2 nuits passées! Même pas un balai pour balayer! Juste une serpillère et pour faire le ménage à la fin du séjour c est pas top

El bungalow. Limpio con 2 habitaciones y con todas las comodidades y utensilios.

La recepción. Percepción de que si no eres francés no eres bienvenido. Horarios de entrada y salida inusuales comparados con otros alojamientos. Gente local en la piscina en ropa interior bañándose y molestando al resto de usurarios. De vez en cuando debería pasarse alguien para controlar. La mesa de Ping pong no se puede utilizar.

Mobil home pas très propre et pas entretenu( la serpillière pleine de cheveux et sale des cheveux plein le siphon une seule poêle….) Piscine non entretenue avec du carrelage qui se décolle des toboggans qui déchirent les maillots de bain ( toboggan non accessible une journee ) les horaires de la piscine Table de ping pong hors d’usage Jeux enfants en mauvais état

L'emplacement du camping. La piscine avec ses toboggans pour les enfants

Autour du mobil home il y avait des ronces que j'ai du couper pour ne pas de faire mal. Le logement était sale. La propriétaire doit revoir avec son prestataire, La piscine manque d'entretien. les transat déchirés. La table de ping pong est inutilisable. Le camping manque d'entretien en général. Le tarif reste élevé pour ce type de prestations
