We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent and very convenient. One of the highlights was the breakfast – all the guests come here also for this and every morning was absolutely amazing. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable, and most things were excellent. We liked we didnt have cars in front of our noses and that is foot available and the location is superb.
The only downside was the shared bathroom. At one point, a neighbour flooded it and there was nothing available to clean it up, which was inconvenient. Luckily, they didn’t stay in there too long. Also, the walls are quite thin, so if neighbours are loud, you can hear a lot. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would recommend it

We are 5, 3 in one bedroom and 2 in another (2 rooms/floor) with shared bathroom and WC. The location is great in the center of Izola near the marina, restaurant, bar, little market and supermarker. Air conditioning was great with the hot weather.
The place is in a pedestrian street. So if you arrive by car like us, go to Trg Etbina Kristana to unload your luggage and go park at the public car park ladjedelnici (it's supposed to be the cheapest 10e/d). There was no light near the bed, it was either the ceiling light or my phone( there were some in the other room). Blackout curtain and mini fridge would have been appreciated.

Breakfast way too overpriced, there are really good things around with amazing coffee. Toilet smell in the hallway
