The house was in very good condition. The owner is doing her job very professionally, she was kind and gave me all the information and help I needed. If you travel alone, the kitchen lounge area is quite useful to talk with others. There is a big fridge there and proper kitchen equipments. The bathrooms are well equipped too, just as the room. Everything is very close in this lovely old town.

The weather was very hot in the days of my stay, so the fan and a window simply wasn't enough. But it's not a minus point as I was aware, and the owner told me they plan to have it in the close future. The stairs and closing of the doors can be loud sometimes, also the noises from the street, but it's not the apartment's fault, just be aware of this before you book.

Excellent location in the centre of old town by the beach. Very clean with helpful staff. Bathrooms one per floor (two rooms) and new. Small common area available to use. Nice and quiet compared to previous hostels stayed in. Would recommend.

Wifi only worked in common area not in all bedrooms.

Good location, good and easy staff. Great price/quality ratio. The room is what is shown in pics, so no surprises, shared bathroom was good and nice, unfortunately, only one.

The WIFI should be better. The router is downstairs, so it does not reach the first floor. The street is noisy, and if your room is on that side, you'll probably have a noisy night.

I cannot say anything about the room, because it was being renovated so we got a free upgrade to Old Town Rooms across the street (normally we wouldn't afford it). As for the rest, the location is perfect (2 minute walk to the seaside) and the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful.

Perfect location in the center of Piran. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, the room was comfy enough for a 2~3 nights stay and the quality-price ratio was unbeatable.

Somewhat modest, but not a bad option for a family stay close to the beach in a pleasant town.

In general good value for money, excellent location close to the sea, all places of interests, supermarkets, restaurants. 5 min from 2 beaches (one "city" beach with restaurants and lots of action, the other on a picturesque "wilder" beach with very clean water. Simple check in and out procedures, pleasant staff, ready to give detailed instructions, answer questions, help to organize transportation. Good kitchen with all necessary equipment and cutlery, what is a very good asset for family travel (as children do not always appreciate restaurants). Although hotel is fully booked, all quests behave very well, are very polite, try to create minimal inconvenience to each other, everyone cleans after themselves in the kitchen and create as little noise as possible. The hotel and area in general are very safe. Children can walk around freely without strict supervision from adults. The town of Piran itself is very pleasant - lively but not "overly" touristic like some other resorts. Fun but not too noisy,

No internet in the room. Internet is in another building near reception. Having internet is a critical factor nowadays. Inability to book directly with the hotel (only payment through booking.com is possible) - there should be a choice to reserve directly with the hotel. Mattresses on bunk beds are squeaky and need improvement. Double bed is OK. Squeaky stairs - when one person walks them, everyone hears. Some simple cheap improvements can be done (like always having an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom), a bit nicer room design to match the historic style of the building could turn the hotel into a jewel. Out of significant improvements, air-conditioning would be helpful. It would allow to close the windows, as it can be quite noisy outside.

Bargain at Piran near the sea!

Tanya is an excellent host! She gave us some very good advices for the dinner, and she's very friendly. The room was fresh and silent and at one minute walk from the sea.

The building has been renovated recently, but it feels quite cheap. Maybe too many guests for one toilet, but this is part of the deal.

Because of location, prize is acceptable.

There was only one electric output in a room and even that didn’t work so we couldn’t recharge our phones. In a room was a funky smell like sweat, we assume bedding and towels were left too long in a washing machine before drying.

De host kan hier niks aan doen, maar de gasten in de andere kamers waren extreem luidruchtig. Alles is zo gehorig (als iemand de trap op komt is dat al heel luid en er. was een kamer met een hond die veel blafte… mijn vriend is twee keer door het bed gezakt, terwijl wij geen zware mensen zijn. Ook zou ik een spiegeltje in de kamer ophangen zodat je niet afhankelijk bent van de gedeelde badkamer, die soms erg lang bezet is

Offensichtliches Desinteresse des Vermieters: Es ist ok, wenn die Nachtkästchen mit Akku-Lampen beleuchtet werden - dann muss aber der Akku funktionieren und eine Ladegelegenheit vorhanden sein. Treppe ist hellhörig, hat kein Geländer und es sind mehrmals (klar hörbar) Gäste gestürzt. Vom Rauchmelder ist nur die Halterung da, der Rauchmelder selbst fehlt. Fensterbeschläge teilweise gebrochen - dadurch ist das Öffnen des Fensters nur mit Hilfe eines Taschenmessers möglich. Kein Insektenschutz beim Fenster.

Atmosféra, která za to stojí

Pokoj 7 pod střechou měl výhodu, že nikdo nemohl dupat nad námi, ani na schodech k nám. Společná koupelna se záchodem s druhým pokojem byla prostorná a na počet lidí dostatečná. Kuchyňka byla dobře vybavená. Atmosféra středověkých uliček a blízkost všech zajímavých míst Pirany byla k nezaplacení. Paní recepční byla velmi nápomocná s cestovatelskými tipy.

V kuchyňce byla po ránu drobet tlačenice, ale vždy se to zvládlo. Mohlo by být více zásuvek jak na pokoji, tak ve společných prostorech. V horkých dnech mohlo být problematické odvětrat pokoj, ale měli jsme na počasí štěstí.
