Good location. Quaint and traditional. Helpful to be able to leave luggage earlier than check in.

Noisy creaking wooden stairs inside. Shared bathroom. Payment required for towel. Entry to the property not well lit or signed. Confusion between 2 similar adjacent doors to enter property.

Zeer vies en klein geen aanbeveling

Alles was vies als je in de keuken de stoel aanraakte plakte het. De badkamer vies nee niet lekker. Ergste de kamer was nog kleiner dan 7 m2 en alles rook naar rook! Zooooo smerig of het in de gordijnen en matrassen zat. Voor de handdoeken moet je ook nog betalen echt sneu.

Perfect for short stay

Najbolj cenovno ugodna enoposteljna soba v Piranu - večkrat sem že bila tukaj in upam in se veselim, da bom spet. :) Super lokacija, čistoča in urejenost, preprost check-in/out. Terasa s pogledom na piranske strehe in cerkev sv. Jurija, kjer lahko zajtrkuješ, ponoči gledaš zvezdno nebo...

Nastanitev ni primerna za ljudi, ki težko grejo po stopnicah, ali ki želijo luksuz in udobje; ampak tega nisem pričakovala.

Very basic accommodation, but in an idyllic and atmospheric setting

Beautiful location in the narrow streets of Prian, close to Tartini Square. Nice (shared) rooftop terrace, and nice to have a shared refrigerator to keep sime food cold.

The bunk bed was squeaky. The airco was not in the best state. You have to pay extra for a towel.

If you're looking for something central not too expensive but correct, there you are !

I liked the idea of a typical Piran House ,narrow and high with a small terrasse on the top. The kitchen was a nice facility where you easily meet people. The access at the front door was easy too. The air conditioning system is easy to manage.

The room was very narrow and I was alone so I can't imagine for two ... The room isn't at all noise-proofed from the staircase but very well from the outside . The mattress had a bed sheet but the light quill had no linen , there were no linen available and you had to pay a 2€ fee if you wanted a towel.

La ubicación sin duda. En pleno centro de Piran. Sin más pretensiones que pasar alguna noche y ver Piran. Te permiten dejar maletas el día de salida en una zona de la cocina lo cual es de agradecer.

Escaleras hacen ruido. Tanto baños como cocina y habitaciones están muy apelotonadas. Las toallas son previo pago. Igual podrían aumentar la frecuencia de las zonas comunes, especialmente del baño.

Avoid this third-rate accommodation if you want a decent night's sleep!

The property is centrally located in this attractive but very touristy town. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and well past its use-by date, with the springs coming through. The room smelt and was clearly not well-ventilated. The bottom line of accommodation is to provide a comfortable night's sleep so do not stay here if you are looking for that.

The owners talk the talk about providing a welcoming and social environment with emphasis on the free drink and (tacky) souvenir. However, the reality is more about cramming as many people as they can into tiny rooms and a small space. This is shown very clearly by the fact that there are only two bathrooms - no separate toilets so good luck there! The photos of the roof space look lovely but there is actually only enough room for one family or other group to be there at a time. As others have noted, the stairs are very narrow - this would not be a problem except they are also cluttered with chests etc (particularly the last flight) which does make them difficult to manoeuvre and therefore unsafe. Rubbish from the previous occupant was under the bed. Parts of the showers were green with slime. I could not recommend this accommodation, and unfortunately it negatively coloured my view of Piran. I wish I had stayed outside of the town and visited for an afternoon/evening.

Logement dans la vieille ville de Piran, à 2 pas de la place Tartini (avantage : au cœur de la ville, inconvénient : assez loin des parkings). Logement très bien équipé, en particulier la cuisine. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute, tout est bien organisé et expliqué.

Logement sur 4 niveaux, la cuisine et les 2 salles de bain au 1er, les 5 chambres (pour 13 personnes) aux étages supérieurs. Les parties communes sont un peu justes quand toutes les chambres sont occupées (en particulier les salles de bain où se trouvent également les WC). J'occupais la (petite) chambre du dernier étage, sous les combles (clim indispensable) qui comporte une vitre donnant sur la cage d'escalier mais pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur (difficile d'aérer). Enfin, un problème de propreté signalé au propriétaire (qui est intervenu).

La mejor ubicación en Piran

Estuvo todo perfecto. Lo que destacaría es la ubicación, muy cerca de todo, la limpieza (si bien los baños eran compartidos con otras habitaciones, estaba todo muy limpio), y el precio imbatible. La habitación individual está en la planta más alta, y no se oía ningún ruido. Quizás le falte ventilación, pero no hay problema con la temperatura porque el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Volvería sin dudas.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans une guesthouse à taille humaine.

Une petite guesthouse très bien placée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour quelques nuits. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Chambre très sympa et confortable.

La cuisine est petite et il y a seulement deux salles de bains, cela ne pose pas de soucis en temps normal mais quand la guesthouse est pleine cela peut vite être compliqué.

Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und offen als wir ankamen. Hat uns alles gezeigt und super erklärt. Er hat uns sogar geholfen den Koffer ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit.

Maison traditionnelle au centre de Piran avec des objets restés des précédents occupants, donnant une atmosphère famille. Tout les équipements necessaires sont sur place. Superbe terrasse avec vue au calme.

Etant traditionnel, la chambre est très petite, les escaliers raides peu faciles avec bagages. Dommage de ne pas voir les propriétaires mais si des biscuits/ bonbon ont été donnée pour compenser.

Sejurul a fost o aventura! Piran e minunat!

Piran are frumusețea lui, străzi înguste, casele mici, oameni primitori, apartamentul sa încadrat in "peisajul Piranului" completându-l de minune! Camerele au fost confortabile si curate, paturile de asemenea. Casa are si o istorie, câteva secvențe dintr-un film au fost de pe terasă filmate ceea ce ii oferă un farmec special! Locația, foarte aproape de centru!

nu mă așteptam la scările de la intrare si ușile înguste (un pic incomode daca aveți căruț pentru copii), nu e cel mai "privat" apartament oferind fiecare sunet din casa scărilor si din celelalte apartamente (chiar si din casele vecine) dar considerând in general arhitectura orașului nu puteam sa am pretenții la liniște. Băile au fost la comun, ceea ce dimineața a creat un pic de "aglomerație in trafic". Ooo si la TV doar 3 posturi funcționează! De îmbunătățit, nu ai ce sa îmbunătățești, poate la uși sa se închidă mai bine.

Najlepša hvala!

Vse je bilo super. Bila sem v 2 sobah, obe imata svoje prednosti. Zgoraj je terasa s pogledom na zvonik in obzidje. Posebno lepo je zjutraj, lahko uživaš tam s skodelico kave ali nekaj takega. Vidiš, kako se prebudi Piran. Včasih tudi mačke pridejo k tebi na obisk ;) V prtličju imaš kuhinjo in 2 kopalnici, vrste v njih ni bilo (morda zato ker še ni sezone). V kuhinji pa te čaka dobrodošlica ;) Lastnik Gregor je ful prijazen. Kot tudi sobarica (ne vem kako ji je ime). Svoje delo vsi, ki skrbijo za tist hotel, opravljajo na 10/10. Vidi se, da to ni le služba in zaslužek, a tudi del življenja. Vsi tisti leseni znaki, opozorila, zgodba o filmu, pozdrav na deski (ko prideš v sobo - boš videl svoje ime), bonbon pa piškoti - vse to ti da občutek doma, tvojega novega, slovenskega doma, za to obdobje, dokler si tam. Najlepša hvala Vam za to, kar delate! Lep pozdrav

Fantastisch, mitten in der Altstadt, tolle Dachterrasse, wir kommen wieder!!

Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (nur ein Nudelsieb hat gefehlt - dafür aber sicher 8 Pfannen 😅). Es gibt sogar eine kleine Box mit Spielzeug / Kuscheltieren - und unser Sohn durfte sein Lieblingskuscheltier sogar behalten! 😃 Unglaublich nett! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Altstadt-Abenteuer

Es gab eine Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer hatte ein leise funktionierendes Klimagerät. Die zentrale Lage im Stadtkern war beeindruckend. Historisches Stadthaus.

Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock, sehr enge Treppe. Es gab keine Hinweise auf die schwierigen Zufahrt- und Parkbedingugnen in der Altstadt. Das Haus war mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar, in der Nähe kann man praktisch nirgends parken, um einzuchecken. Dauerhaft im Parkhaus 1,5km außerhalb für 29€ pro Tag.

Elbűvülő autentikus szállás egy csoda helyen

Vicces volt, amint a zsemleszínű cica várta a leginkább éjjel fél 3-kor, hogy kinyíljon a szállás ajtaja - persze ő rohant föl elsőnek a lépcső feléig, de megvárt minket és végigkalauzolt a szálláson, egészen a negyedik emeleten levő teraszig, hogy aztán éjszakára beleolvadjon a csöndes asztalba, ami nyilvánvalóan az övé, és őrizze a szelektív hulladékgyűjtés nyugalmát. :) Gyönyörűen felújított, rendben tartott kis helyi ékszerdoboz egy mesés óváros közepén.

Néhányan korábban megjegyzést tettek a lépcsőkre - az valóban van sok, ellenben olyan építészeti remekmű a fából készült lépcső, a faragott fa dobozos lámpácskákkal, az igazi rusztikus fa ajtókeretekkel, hogy ez is nagy és Európában máshol ritka élmény annak, aki életkortól függően megfelelő formában van hozzá. Szóval mi a lépcsőt és ezt a sokszintes egyedi építészetet is köszönjük!

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super und man bekommt ein Gefühl, wie es ist, in einem der kleinen, engen Häuser in Piran zu leben.

Unser Zimmer hatte das Fenster zu einer Art Schacht hin. Man hat aus dem Fenster direkt gegen Backsteinwände geblickt, es war sehr beengend. Außerdem hängen in diesem Schacht die Klimaanlagen aller angrenzenden Häuser, sodass es nachts sehr laut war. Das Haus ist äußert hellhörig. Die Zimmertür konnte man aufdrücken, obwohl sie abgeschlossenwar.
