Situated close to the ferry terminal it’s in a very good location . The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the variety at breakfast
We didn’t like the fact that there was often no one on reception and we had to help ourselves to our key a couple of times . There didn’t seem to be many staff and the security was awful , our key was left on the desk on reception for a whole day , any one could walk in at any time off the street . The breakfast was mainly enjoyable but sometimes no one was there to get tea or coffee for guests . Definitely more staff needed

Our third year in a row. Food is good. The continental breakfast is perfect. The staff are all lovely. The hotel is located beautifully in the middle of town and it's the best value hotel in Stornoway by a mile yet with no compromises.
