Our third year in a row. Food is good. The continental breakfast is perfect. The staff are all lovely. The hotel is located beautifully in the middle of town and it's the best value hotel in Stornoway by a mile yet with no compromises.

Location was excellent, although no dedicated parking, there was plenty free available very close by. Staff Sharon and Nihat were very good in dealing with a few requests…

Not very much
Very over priced for rooms and food. Bar prices higher than Central London which suggest the owners are only interested in money and not their cliental. Also having to pay for a cooked breakfast with a very high room price when it should be included
